Description

The chalet for a maximum of 6 persons is built in the typical alpine style and promises you a wonderful holiday and recreation through a successful combination of wood, stone, lots of light and a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park.

"Das Zwölferl" is equipped on 92 sqm with a wooden floor, a modern kitchen, a cosy fireplace for cosy hours, modern sanitary equipment and own sauna.

There is a private terrace with seating, barbecue and a comfortable garden lounger for two for relaxing hours.
You can also enjoy the view from your furnished balcony.

Location and surroundings of object

Our chalet is embedded in the beautiful chalet village "Am Sonnenhang" in a dreamlike, quiet south-facing slope on the outskirts of Neukirchen am Großvenediger/Trattenbach.

In winter, the wonderful and extensive ski areas are in the immediate vicinity

The ski bus runs to the Zillertal and Wildkogel Arena from Wald im Pinzgau. In the Wildkogel-Arena you can experience unforgettable hours (also night tobogganing) on the longest illuminated toboggan run in Europe (14 km).

Ski and toboggan rental is possible in Wald im Pinzgau and in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. In Wald im Pinzgau, romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides through the deep-snowed winter landscape are offered. An extensive network of cross-country ski trails invites you to go cross-country skiing in the whole region.

Tourers will also get their money's worth in the surrounding mountains

The crystal bath in Wald im Pinzgau with indoor and outdoor pool, water slide, sauna, wellness offers and restaurant is available all year round.

The area is an El Dorado for hikers, climbers and mountain or e-bikers with an extensive network of cycling and hiking trails.

The impressive Krimmler Waterfalls with the water world are in the immediate vicinity

The nearest Spar grocery store with a wide range of products is within walking distance or three minutes by car.

In summer our guests can use the wide range of offers of the National Park Sommercard free of charge.

As the chalet village is situated on a hill, snow chains may be necessary.

Die Stornierung muss in allen Fällen schriftlich erfolgen.

Hervorragende Unterkunft für Familien oder Aktivurlauber

Wir waren als Familie mit einem Kleinkind gemeinsam mit einem weiteren Paar für 10 Tage in diesem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus ist geräumig und mit mehreren Bädern, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Sauna und Kamin sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch die zwei Ebenen kann man sich gut aufteilen. Die Treppe dazwischen ist recht steil, was uns nicht gestört hat, aber für Familien/Ältere vielleicht relevant ist. Erwähnenswert ist, dass auch die Details stimmen, z.B. mit komplettem und gutem Kochgeschirr. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und modern. Von Terrasse und Balkon genießt man den Ausblick in die Berge.

Das Haus ist in einer kleinen, geschmackvoll angelegten Feriensiedlung am Rande des Ortes gelegen. Als Familie hätten wir uns hier noch über eine kleine Spielgelegenheit gefreut, aber die Berge haben ja genug zu bieten. Auf dem Weg morgens zum Bäcker an der Hauptstraße (kleinen Weg am Trattenbach entlang nehmen!) und abends zum Bauernhof, den man am Ende der Zufahrtsstraße findet, gab es für unseren kleinen Sohn immer viel zu entdecken. Wenn man etwas weiter will, kann man gleich vom Haus aus einige Hütten erwandern. Für die meisten Ausflüge braucht man aber das Auto oder im Ort ausleihbare Fahrräder.

Im Vorfeld haben wir erstklassigen Service, z.B. bei der Suche nach einem Miet-Fahrradanhänger, und viele gute Ausflugstipps erhalten. Auch im Nachhinein war die Kommunikation ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen es gerne weiter!
