The house, build in 2007 is decorated with style. From the outside it has the traditional Pinzgauer feeling, inside it has the luxe one can dream Descansa has all the comfort for 8 persons; 4 large bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 2 TV with cable, Homecinema, Sauna for 6-7 Personen, fireplace, a complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven , microwave,etc.
The whole house has has a wonderfull view on the Grossvenediger. The many windows allow you to enjoy this changing beautifull panorama to the the front of the Chalet is a large lawn and on the sunny south-west side there are two wooden benches.

Neukirchen-am-Grossvenediger (elev. 856 metres) is an El Dorado for winter vacationers. Young families, ski addicts and those who love the romance of winter, will discover all they had hoped for and more. Extensive slopes – with perfect snow conditions even into the springtime – and magnificent panoramic views as far as the eye can see, truly make for an extra-special experience. When you are ready for a change of pace from the classic winter sports, the choices couldn’t be broader. Chalet Descansa lies central between 3 major ski-area\'s.
Ski-Arena Wildkogel is next door.
For families, Ski-Arena Wildkogel is ideal. The area where the children get their first courses is next to the Bergstation and the parents can ski in the surroundings.
When downhill track to Neukirchen is open, you can ski to the Venedigersiedlung. You are then almost to your door.
You can also Rodeln to the Skibus you are fast in the Zillertal 15 minuten by car you are at the Panoramabahn in Hollersbach. From you you enter the Kitzbühler spring untill sommer you can go to the the Europa Sportregion in Kaprun. This is only 30 minutes by car.

TOP location - Somewhat used
The house has a great location with a view of the mountains. Good starting point for hikes
The nearby main road is sometimes a bit noisy depending on the wind direction, at night it is quiet.
Unfortunately, the furnishings are quite worn. Chairs and sofa, as well as dishes should be renewed. A little less plastic throughout the house would be nice. The beds are very good, but the bed linen is made of synthetic material.
The two deck chairs on the terrace, as well as the chairs outside, can unfortunately only be described as rubbish.
The entrance and exit to the house - the parking spaces - is extremely bad. It is confusing and steep.
Please do not turn around on the neighbouring property! There is a possibility to turn around a bit above the house and then park backwards.
If these things are fixed, the house is really recommendable.
The caring "house fairy" is super!
