Description
The apartment is about 60 square meters and has a living/dining room with an integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, one of which can be folded out into a double bed. The couch in the living room also has a sleeping function. The spacious balcony faces south and offers a view of the Krimml Waterfalls. Parasols and balcony furniture are available.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker and fridge-freezer. A raclette oven is available for cozy evenings. For entertainment there is a TV with HD satellite reception, DVD player and hi-fi system in the living area. A selection of DVDs and books are also available. There is free WiFi for our guests throughout the apartment (max. 50 MBit/s).
The bathroom has its own washing machine incl. dryer.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is on the ground floor of a historic building with a total of 29 apartments in the center of Krimml. The swimming pool with sauna and mini golf course (only in summer) as well as the supermarket including the bakery are in the immediate vicinity.
From the town center you can reach the lifts of the Zillertal Arena ski area via the Gerlos Alpine Road by car or by ski bus in about 15 minutes and the Krimml Waterfalls on foot in about 10 minutes. The Krimml-Filzstein, Duxeralm section of the Gerlos Alpine Road can be used free of charge all year round. In winter, the Gerlos Alpine Road is completely free to use with a valid ski pass for the Zillertal Arena or the Krimml Guest Card.

Very nice apartment, good equipment. The view from the balcony is great, especially for city people. Highly recommended.

Just spent a week skiing in Krimml. The place is perfect; supermarket, restaurant, shops and skibus all within a 2min walk. The owner is also easy to get hold of.

Cozy apartment
The apartment, especially the kitchen, was very well equipped. It was also clean. It's a shame that you had to bring your own bedding and towels. The second bed in the smaller bedroom is a bit small. But our daughter slept on the pull-out couch. That was okay.
Despite everything, we would come back. It was nice.
