Our modern, new villa offers you everything you want to experience during your holiday -
Relaxation in a quiet environment,
Sunbathe at the inviting 10 x 4 m infinity pool with massage jets,

sporting activities on our own fenced and illuminated sports field.
The comfortable villa extends over two floors and offers an open space feeling with its generous room concept and the extra high ceilings. It opens to the pool and the sun terrace with room-high sliding glass doors.
On the ground floor there are
the spacious living area with a comfortable sofa landscape, satellite TV, Playstation 4 and Bose soundbox,
a large dining table for 10 people,
the fully equipped, modern kitchen with a large side-by-side fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Nescafe Dolce Gusto capsule machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc,
one bedroom with 200 x 200 cm double bed, satellite TV and en-suite bathroom, access to the sun terrace and pool
a bedroom with a 200 x 200 cm double bed, divisible into two single beds, satellite TV and en-suite bathroom
one bedroom with 180 x 200 cm double bed, satellite TV and integrated bathroom
a fitness/playroom with table football and fitness equipment
an additional bathroom with washing machine
Via a beautiful cantilever staircase you reach the upper floor with
two further large bedrooms, double beds 200 x 200 cm each, with en-suite bathrooms and access to the south facing balcony.
From here you can enjoy a wide view into the green, untouched nature and of course to the garden and pool.
Two baby travel beds with blankets and 2 baby high chairs are available on request.
The living area as well as all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning with heating function.
WLAN in the whole house.
The plot is completely surrounded by an Istrian stone wall and an electric gate, which gives you a wonderful privacy for your holiday. You can relax wonderfully at the large infinity pool with massage jets and a subsequent sunbath on the terrace. For this purpose, comfortable loungers and lounge furniture with cushions as well as parasols are at your disposal
In the evening you can barbecue in the covered outdoor kitchen and sit comfortably at the large dining table
For your children and the sporty active ones there is a sports and playing field with a size of 15 x 7,5 m and a large garden with lawn and swings
Your cars are parked safely on three parking lots, two of them with sun roofs, also on the property.
The property is alarm-secured and video-monitored.

Around Villa Velika you will find numerous cycling and hiking trails and a lot of untouched nature.
In the surroundings, visit the towns of Pula, Rovinj, Bale, Vodnjan, Svetvincenat, to name but a few
The sea is inviting with its crystal clear water and is about 17 km away from your holiday accommodation
Enjoy the Istrian food in the different restaurants and rustic konobas in the nearer surroundings (next restaurant about 4 km away) or stroll in the evening through the many different surrounding towns.
