Description
Our separate, large holiday flat is located on the upper floor of our residential house (access via shared staircase). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed, an additional bedroom/children's room with single bed and bunk bed and a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. The bathroom has underfloor heating and towel radiator as well as a washing machine. On the large terrace you can rest from the day's adventures or simply enjoy the sunset.
The living room and bedroom each have a TV with satellite reception, WLAN available on request.
A cot and a high chair are available for a small child, and if you are travelling with more than 5 people (please specify when booking), the couch in the living room can be converted into a bed
If you wish, you can store your bicycles in our bicycle shed. You are welcome to charge your electric vehicle at our in-house WallBox with 11 KW charging power for a fee.

A bus stop with connection to Memmingen is close to our holiday flat.
From us you can reach Munich, Lake Constance or the Allgäu mountains in a short time (journey time approx. 1 hour)
or in the Allgäu mountains. The nearest railway station (Sontheim/Schwab)

For wellness and sauna we recommend the thermal baths in Bad Wörishofen or also in the old Roman town of Cambodonum (Kempten), which is well worth seeing, there is a leisure and thermal bath with a very beautiful sauna landscape. For lovers of open-air theatre, we recommend a visit to the open-air theatres in Altusried, Füssen or Bregenz.
In winter, numerous Christmas markets, the traditional St. Nicholas procession in Erkheim (always held on the first weekend in Advent) and the Erkheim Nativity Scene Trail offer cultural enrichment. A natural ice rink invites you to ice-skate under the open sky, and if there is sufficient natural snow (no artificial snow), there are plenty of groomed cross-country ski trails and a toboggan run around Erkheim. The skiing fun starts after a short drive at the ski lift in Ronsberg or in just under an hour you are in the most beautiful skiing areas of Allgäu and Tyrol (Zugspitzarena).

Relaxation holiday in the Allgäu
The apartment in the Günztal offers plenty of space and is optimally and lovingly equipped. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. We will enjoy the spacious balcony at a warmer time of the year during our next visit.
The landlords are friendly and happy to help with any questions.
Due to the good motorway connection, excursions to the nearby surroundings as well as to the mountains, to Lake Constance or to Munich are easily possible.

Well-being holiday

Family holiday
We, 2 adults and 3 children, spent our summer holiday in Erkheim. We found a very nice, very clean, spacious and very well equipped flat. The host family is particularly nice and helpful.
