Holiday home in peripheral location in the Via Claudia holiday village in Lechbruck am See, in the Allgäu castle park, directly on the Lechsee lake.
95 sqm living space, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, bidet and WC, separate WC on the ground floor. Storage room for bicycles available.
The holiday home Stephan - first occupancy 2018 - is comfortably furnished with solid wood furniture and has underfloor heating as well as a wood-burning stove for cosy hours. A carport with a wide driveway, terrace and sunbathing lawn with barbecue area are also included. From the balcony you have a wonderful view over the Allgäu mountain range. Wieskirche and Neuschwanstein Castle are in the immediate vicinity.
Our holiday home is a non-smoking house - unfortunately we cannot accept pets.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located a few metres from the Upper Lechsee, just outside of Lechbruck in the middle of greenery. All shopping facilities and restaurants are available in Lechbruck and the surrounding area. Numerous Allgäu sights such as the Wieskirche church and Neuschwanstein Castle are only a few minutes away. The Allgäu offers many opportunities for hiking, mountaineering, cycling and numerous winter sports, the ski areas Tegelberg, Pfronten or Garmisch-Partenkirchen are not far away.
Suitable for children to swim is the Baderwäldlersee, a moor lake, in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home (approx. 300 m). Pedal boating on the Lechsee or raft golf on the mini-golf course in Lechbruck are always great fun, especially for children. You should also not miss out on a raft trip on the Lechsee.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 45 days before the arrival date.
For cancellation up to 45 days before the start of the rental period, 20% of the travel price. For cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the travel price. Thereafter and in case of no-show, 80% of the respective price. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. If the house can be re-let, the rental price of the subsequent tenant will be credited. If the tenant terminates the stay early, there is no refund of the remaining rental price.

Dream vacation in the Allgäu
We (5 people, including 3 children aged between 9 and 13 years) had an excellent holiday at the holiday home Stephan in Lechbruck. The holiday home Stephan is located in a small holiday village with newly built holiday homes in Bavarian style on the outskirts. It is one of the few holiday homes that can also be booked directly with the landlord, and this – compared to the other houses – at a very fair price. The equipment can be described as upscale, very comprehensive, and in very good condition. You can tell that the landlord has put a lot of love into the details and continues to do so. The location of the house can be described as excellent. Lechbruck is located in the middle of the Allgäu. You can quickly reach Füssen, and in the southwest direction, for example, Oberstdorf can also be easily reached, as well as Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the Zugspitze in the southeast direction. The cleanliness upon our arrival was impeccable, making us feel right at home. Our landlord, Mr. Niemetz, was always reachable via email and phone despite being on his own vacation and was always able to provide competent assistance with any questions. The arrival process is also very flexible thanks to a key safe. We can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday home and will happily do so to our relatives and acquaintances. Thank you again for the wonderful vacation, dear Mr. Niemetz, and all the best for the future!

Holiday in the Allgäu region, then here.
Very beautiful house with everything you need for a longer vacation. Even a wallbox and carport, as well as firewood, are available. Ideal for 2-6 people.
The location with a view of the lake or the Lech river, and the quiet location of the entire holiday area, is worth mentioning. We especially liked the water softening system. The water for the entire household is particularly soft and free of limescale. The equipment and the quality of the furniture are very good.
The contact with the landlord was always problem-free and fast.
We can recommend the house without reservation.

Great house with everything you need and more…
We were 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Great house with beautiful furnishings. It has everything you need or could possibly need: for example, a wallbox (we had an electric car with us), wood for the Swedish stove, barbecue with charcoal, lockable shed for e-bikes, Super Nintendo (great time travel to the 90s ;-) coffee machines, egg cooker, plenty of kitchen utensils, and more. We can absolutely recommend the holiday home without any reservations!!!
