Description
The 43m² 2-room flat with two balconies is located on the 1st floor of a house in Obermaiselstein. The 11 holiday flats inside, which are all privately owned, are partly only used by the owners themselves. It is therefore not a large complex, so that the individual character is preserved.
The house is situated in a very scenic location. From the south-west balcony of the living room and the south-east balcony of the bedroom you have a wonderful view of the mountains of the Upper Allgäu.
A private parking space on the property as well as fast internet / WLAN are available free of charge.
A ski cellar for storing and drying equipment can also be used free of charge.
In the living room there is a double bed integrated into a wall unit - consisting of two beds that can be folded out separately. In addition, a bunk bed - consisting of two 2m long beds - is available in the bedroom.
In the living room, the cosy upholstered suite, wood-panelled ceilings and the light-coloured carpeting convey a comfortable warmth.
In addition to the rooms mentioned above, the flat also has a shower room and a small kitchen. The kitchen equipment includes a fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, microwave including oven function (hot air operation), coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

The flat is located in the south-eastern part of Obermaiselstein on the Goldbach. The farmer's market and the village bakery are within 600-900m.
Hiking trails, cross-country skiing trails, bus stop and refreshment facilities are in the immediate vicinity.
The centre of the village as well as the spa gardens and the Haus des Gastes are a good five minutes' walk away.

A deposit is not required. The full payment must be made at the latest 14 days before the start of the trip (day of arrival) via bank transfer. Cancellation is free of charge until payment is made. After payment, no refunds are possible.

The flat can be occupied flexibly from 16:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure at the latest. Other arrival and departure times are also possible by arrangement and availability.
Please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels and they will not be charged extra.

Short stays of less than 7 nights are possible by arrangement with surcharges.
