The renovation of the house was completed in 2019 and all the equipment and furnishings are new and of high quality. It has an entrance patio, hall, kitchen-living room with spectacular panoramic views, bathroom, master bedroom with double bed, large wardrobes and television. On the second floor there is another bedroom with a sofa bed and a large terrace with furniture, sun loungers, full bathroom and an outdoor shower. From the terrace a wide view to the whole North coast of Gran Canaria being able to see in a beautiful picture the mountain of Gáldar and in the horizon Tenerife and the majestic Teide.

Location and surroundings of object
One of the charms of this house is that the beach of Quintanilla begins just below it and that you can access directly to the beach through a private door. Who has not dreamed of having such a house? This beach is very well known especially for surfers and is very peculiar, during the winter it is a pebble beach and during the summer months it is a nice sandy beach.
The situation of the house is strategic to know the island because thanks to the proximity of the highway it connects with the different towns in a short time. Guide - Galdar about 10 minutes by car. The city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria 15 minutes away. It is possible to make pleasant walks along the coast.
