Beautiful long vacation

The facility and the bungalow were very clean. We arrived at the airport after midnight. Mrs. Dolores organized the pickup service well. The care was great, we felt very comfortable. We can only recommend this property and would love to come back. The pool was very clean. Supermarket just around the corner. Thank you very much.

We like to come back

We really enjoyed our stay in the flat and the beautiful grounds.

There were three of us.
2 adults and a toddler (1.5 years)

With a few adjustments (we put our suitcases in front of the stairs), the stay with the child was also possible without any problems.

The communication with the landlady Dolores was great and very friendly. She was always available and helped with problems or gave tips.


We will gladly come back again.

Beautiful holiday at a reasonable price

nice relaxing holiday, the flat is clean and equipped with everything you need, even air conditioning in the bedroom and TV there in addition. The proximity to the tennis court is not disturbing. Clean pool area, bus connections directly in front of the complex. The bedroom is a bit cramped, but you can open the balcony door for fresh air at night, no street noise because it is at the back of the complex. Great, the supermarket is just around the corner. Sufficient towels and bed linen available. I can't rate the service because there is no intermediate cleaning or linen change.

The perfect holiday flat

Unfortunately a bit late rated sorry....
We were with 3 adults in this beautiful dual facility, we have lacked nothing.
We were very friendly welcomed by the house manager on the day we arrived.
The holiday home is as described and photographed on Ferienhausmiete, everything is very well maintained and modern.
The landlady Dolores Rodríguez was there for us around the clock by phone.
In short, it was the perfect holiday and we can only recommend it.

Highly recommended!

For the first time in Gran Canaria we were not in a hotel, but in a bungalow and were very positively surprised. The facilities are absolutely super. We really didn't want for anything. Mini supermarket 1 min. walk around the corner, fresh, warm rolls every morning. The baker comes to the complex every morning, unfortunately always too late for us (about 9:30 or later). We did not use the pool as we were at the sea every day. The Jumbo centre is about 15 minutes walk away, Meloneras/Faro is better reached by taxi. There is a taxi rank in front of the complex, but unfortunately there is hardly ever a taxi. It is best to hail one directly on the street. It is certainly often noisy in the complex, depending on which neighbours/holiday guests are present. As for Dolores as the landlady, there is simply nothing better to say! She answered all questions regarding our holiday in detail in advance, organised pick-up and drop-off service from/to the airport. Despite booking a new guest on our departure day, we were able to leave our suitcases in the house until we picked them up in the afternoon without any problems. Thank you very much again for everything dear Dolores, we will be very happy to come back!

Relaxing beach vacation

We had a very nice holiday in a peaceful environment. The resort was well-maintained, and a security guard diligently patrolled every evening. There were dogs and cats in the resort, but that didn't bother us at all. Once a week, a company delivers water (8-liter containers) to the garden gate, and a baker comes daily to deliver bread and pastries (you have to be careful, as this baker moves at lightning speed through the complex, and the call "Pan" has not yet faded away before he is gone again :)).

The house was great in terms of price-performance ratio. Everything necessary, such as bed linen, hand and beach towels, cleaning and laundry detergents, was provided. The kitchen was well-equipped, with dishes, cutlery, pots, glasses, and even storage containers provided.

The communication with Dolores was excellent and very kind. She took care of the transfer and everything else. Yolanda welcomed us upon arrival and greeted us very kindly.

We will definitely book the house again. It is much more relaxing compared to a hotel stay because you don't have to plan your time according to meal times. One can linger longer at the beach (the evenings are very pleasant) and try the excellent restaurants in Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles.

Anytime again!

We had a very nice and relaxing holiday in the resort. The house is top equipped. Everything you need is really there (toilet paper, soap, towels. . . . . ). Communication with Mrs. Dolores Rodriguez was excellent at all times. As mentioned in previous reviews, there are many dogs and cats in the resort, which did not bother us. However, the dog in the neighboring house that always barks when a cat passes by. And this happens very often. A disadvantage for us was the search for parking. It is often very difficult to find a parking space in the vicinity of the facility. Perhaps this was also the case because of Easter, causing the parking situation to be a bit tense. Otherwise, we would always like to spend our vacation in the house. The value for money was unique. Thank you very much for that!

Great winter holiday

The beautiful bungalow is located in a quiet and sunny complex. Just a few steps from the small terrace equipped with two loungers is the pool. The house is equipped with everything needed - TV, WiFi, washing machine. The refrigerator, freezer, and various kitchen appliances are top-notch. A small grocery store offers everything you need. A bus stop to the beaches of Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles is located right in front of the complex. The homeowner is extremely helpful in all matters. Pick-up and drop-off services and cleaning service are perfectly organized. Nothing stands in the way of a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Beautiful and relaxing vacation!

As a married couple, we spent wonderful 34 days in this bungalow. Every morning, the sun woke us up in the bedroom. The bungalow is equipped with everything you need for a long-term vacation, plenty of dishes, pots, pans, glasses, knives (which also cut super well). Bed linen for changing and plenty of towels. We cooked every day and always enjoyed our meals on the beautiful large terrace. We only filled the super good refrigerator once. Lidl is in San Fernando and Mercadona is now new in Meloneras. (Very good with fresh meat). A small supermarket is just around the corner and actually has a quite good selection, fresh bread and baguettes daily. The complex is very well-maintained, with regular sweeping of the paths, watering and trimming of hedges, as well as pest control done by gardeners. The complex is absolutely free of any pests and is thus safe to inhabit as a terrace. The beautiful large pool is just around the corner and very inviting. It is worth mentioning the excellent communication with Dolores, from the initial contact to departure everything was perfect. We ordered airport transfers from Dolores (very good, reasonable, and calm drivers), highly recommended. The Wi-Fi works excellently. Also, Jolanda, the caretaker of the bungalow, is very lovely and simply wonderful with her friendly and helpful nature. We can highly recommend this holiday apartment, wonderful tranquility, nice and considerate neighbors, pure relaxation, and sun on the terrace all day.

Erholung pur

After the many positive comments about the bungalow, we set off to Maspalomas with great expectations. The reception was very friendly and the transfer (30 minutes) worked great. Many thanks to Mrs. Rodriguez for the organization. The bungalow itself is very well equipped, so you only need your personal belongings. The pool and the complex are well-maintained. A rental car is not necessarily needed, as taxis and buses are very affordable. 2 Excursion Tips - Swimming in Playa de los Amadores, Hiking in Tejeda
We had a great time there and would love to come back very, very much.

Positively surprised!

Those who have rented a bungalow/vacation home on the island a few times may have already noticed that the condition of the property differs slightly from the presentation on the internet. We were positively surprised upon our arrival by the good condition of the apartment/furnishings and furniture. The bed linens and towels were also sufficiently available and in a condition that made them enjoyable to use. You can save yourself the burden of bringing your own bath towel.
From the resort, you can easily reach everything by bus or taxi. A car rental is right at the door.
Prior to the trip, the communication with Mrs. Fernandez was very good, and she was very interested in a smooth process. We had her organize the airport transfer for us because we were departing at night. Also here 5 stars. We would have preferred smaller and thinner duvets as we did not come as a couple.

Overall, the equipment was satisfactory. In the kitchen, a hood was missing, and the tiles were always very damp when cooking. We bought an electric pan and did everything outside. Unfortunately, it was always a bit too noisy.
On the right side, 2 dogs; on the left side, 4 dogs. The owners go to work and leave the dogs alone, coming home early in the morning at 4 o'clock, the dogs are happy, and they bark.

Everything is fine.

Dolores took very good care of us from the beginning. We received many useful tips from her regarding the arrival and the stay. The bungalow has everything you need and more. The kitchen is excellently equipped, the furniture is top notch, and the bed is comfortable. It includes deck chairs, a beach umbrella, towels for the bathroom and the beach, enough toilet paper, and sharp knives. All appliances work perfectly. We didn't miss anything. The bungalow is well located. It's quick to get on the highway for excursions.
It is very quiet. Mrs. Yolanda Martel was on site and took care of the key handover.
Everything went smoothly.
We would have liked to stay a little longer and can highly recommend the bungalow.

Everything as described

We spent two wonderful weeks at the complex. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary (unfortunately no dishwasher), spare bed linen, many towels, beach towels, and much more. Many Spaniards live in the complex, we hardly saw any tourists. There are many cats and dogs, which can be loud at night sometimes. The pool is often all to yourself, but the pool loungers are quite old and worn. The contact with the landlady was always great, Dolores always replied immediately and helped. We can recommend the accommodation.

Urlaub

My husband and I had a very nice stay in this bungalow. We found everything as described. A small oven and an electric grill are also in the kitchen, as well as other small electric appliances.
We can only praise the large bed in the bedroom, which is usually not as good in holiday apartments.
A small supermarket, well stocked, is just around the corner. The beautiful terrace at the house is perfect for sunbathing. One can enjoy the sun there until late afternoon. The surroundings were easily accessible on foot. With the very affordable taxi service, you can also visit the supermarkets Lidl and Mercadona in San Fernando. The bus stop, taxi stand, and car rental are right on the street in front of the complex. In the complex, a baker comes by with fresh bread and a water supplier also stops by. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

Vacation in Maspalomas

My wife and I spent a lovely holiday in Maspalomas in a well-kept complex. We consider the apartment to be affordable, as it is clean, modern, and equipped with all comforts. Additionally, the complex features a well-maintained pool area. If any difficulties arise, the landlady is always available and eager to help. We can only give the apartment a very good assessment. We would book it again anytime.
