In June 2024, the mattresses were replaced and a new sofa found its way into the bungalow. The living room was also rearranged :-)
In May 2025, the curtains were replaced.
Starting April 2026, there will also be a new bed with slatted frame ;-) and the pictures on this page have been updated ;-)
Also very well suited for long-term tenants to escape the winter in Europe.

1A Accommodation!
We can absolutely agree with our predecessors ? .
Both Mr. Roger Diem and Petra and Ebi are super nice and friendly, helpful, and always approachable.
The bungalow is really top-notch and equipped with everything that makes the vacation pleasant and relaxed.
(e.g. air conditioning, safe, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge/freezer combo, sufficient dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. . . )
Also additional things like sun umbrellas, enough hangers, available towels for daily needs and the pool, as well as various other little things make packing easier ? .
The facility is very beautiful and green and the pool is simply dreamy.
We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.
Many thanks to everyone involved for the wonderful vacation ? .

Top Bungalow
This bungalow in the Sun Club is simply great. Rarely have I experienced such a well-equipped holiday accommodation. Everything is available for a relaxing vacation. Kitchen with everything you need. In the bedroom, a new bed with a great mattress. The terrace became our second living room, no matter the time of day. And the support from Petra and Ebi as managers is excellent. They take care of everything and are always approachable. All in all, a great vacation. We are very happy to come back next year and are already looking forward to it.

Accommodation is simply great.
The bungalow is top equipped and very well maintained. It is a pleasure to live in. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything the heart desires. The same goes for the living room, bathroom area, and bedroom.
We enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace and also eating dinner there when we didn't go out to eat.
And Roger Diem also provided extensive information.
He is a very reliable contractual partner.
Also Petra and Ebi, who handle the organization on site including. Airport transfer is taken care of, very friendly and reliable people. All in all, a perfect accommodation.

"Everything's fine."
This is a very beautiful bungalow, nothing is missing: coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, fan, air conditioning, electric awnings, lovely terrace and interior, WiFi, safe, flat screen TV, loungers with cushions, salad spinner, towels, bedding...
The on-site support by Daniel Ganz, including airport transfer, is perfect.
But above all, the email support provided by Mr. Diem must be positively emphasized. All questions before and during the trip are answered very politely within a day at the latest, which is definitely not a matter of course - I speak from sometimes painful experience.
Regarding the complex itself, there is not much more to say than it is beautiful, simply great. Those who like peace and quiet will feel at home here, those who want chaos and noise (which there may be) not so much.
Only recommendation, but not criticism: to find a bottle of water and 2 cans of beer upon arrival after a long journey would be great.
Of course, it is more expensive without all-inclusive catering, but (I know both) there are worlds in between, not just one.
So I will come back!

We can only recommend this holiday apartment to everyone. Very centrally located, all shops such as German butcher and German baker as well as Cita can be reached on foot. The beach is 10 minutes away. But that didn't bother us, as we were glad to move a bit.
The holiday apartment is very clean and has a great equipment, nothing is missing.
We were also pleasantly surprised by the large pool in the complex.
The bungalows are all oriented in such a way that no one can see each other at the table.
We would love to come back at any time.

We (both 51) decided to spend the rest of our lives on Gran Canaria. Until it is so far ;-) We spend some of our holidays in our cosy bungalow. In the "free" time we also rent you our "second"-home. Sowohl Herr Roger Diem als auch Petra und Ebi sind super nett und sympathisch, freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar.
Der Bungalow ist wirklich top und mit allem ausgestattet was den Urlaub angenehm und entspannt macht.
(z. B. Klimaanlage, Safe, Spül, - u. Waschmaschine, Kühl / Gefrierkombi, ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen...)
Auch zusätzliche Dinge wie Sonnenschirme, ausreichend Kleiderbügel, vorhandene Handtücher für den täglichen Bedarf und den Pool, sowie diverse andere Kleinigkeiten erleichtern das Koffer packen ?.
Die Anlage ist sehr schön und grün und der Pool einfach nur traumhaft.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen super gerne wieder.
Vielen Dank an alle Beteiligten für den schönen Urlaub ?.
Die Terrasse wurde unser 2. Wohnzimmer, egal zu welcher Tageszeit.
Und die Betreuung durch Petra und Ebi als Verwalter ist Spitze. Sie kümmern sich um alles und sind jederzeit ansprechbar.
Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.
Wir kommen nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt drauf.
Wir haben sehr gerne auf Terrasse gefrühstückt und auch abend - wenn wir nicht essen gegangen sind - dort gegessen.
Und Roger Diem hat auch umfangreiche Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt.
Er ist ein sehr zuverlässiger Vertragspartner
Auch Petra und Ebi, die die Organisation vor Ort inkl. Flughafentransfer übernehmen, sind sehr symphatische und zuverlässig Personen.
Allen in Allem also perfekte Unterkunft.
Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und eine super Ausstattung, es fehlt an Nichts.
Von dem großen Pool in der Anlage waren wir auch sehr angenehm überrascht gewesen.
Die Bungalows sind alle so ausgerichtet, daß Keiner dem Anderen auf fen Tisch schauen kann.
Zu jeder Zeit gerne wieder.
Die Betreuung durch Daniel Ganz vor Ort inklusive Flughafentransfer ist perfekt.
Insbesondere aber muss die E-mail Betreuung durch Herr Diem positiv hervorgehoben werden. Alle Fragen vor und auch während der Reise werden spätestens innerhalb eines Tages sehr höflich beantwortet, das ist definitiv nicht selbstverständlich, da spreche ich aus teils leidvoller Erfahrung.
Über die Anlage selbst muss man nicht mehr sagen als: sie ist wunderschön, einfach toll. Wer Ruhe mag ist hier richtig, wer Krawall und Lärm will (das soll es ja geben) eher nicht.
Einzige Empfehlung, aber nicht Kritik: eine Flasche Wasser und 2 Dosen Bier nach langer Ankunft vorzufinden wäre super.
Natürlich ist das ohne Verpflegung teurer als ein All Inklusive Angebot, aber da liegen (ich kenne beides) auch Welten dazwischen, nicht nur eine.
Also ich komme wieder!
Ideale Lage des Bungalows, Sonnenschein bis Sonnenuntergang, nahe zu genügend Parkmöglichkeiten an der Strasse, durch Seitentor nur kurze Wege.
Bungalow:
Top ausgestattet, moderne Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten inkl. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine im Bad, Große begehbare bodengleiche Dusche. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Fernsehen und Internet.
Inventar top Zustand, genug Schrank- und Ablageflächen. Aussenbereich super gepflegt und den ganzen Tag Sonne, Bungalow hat sogar elektrische Markisen bei zuviel des guten...!
Sehr zu empfehlen für 2 Erwachsene oder auch mit Kindern. Poolanlage ist der Hammer, super gepflegt, immer Liegen mit Sonnenschirmen vorhanden und ein fast 100 Meter langer Pool sind einzigartig auf den Kanaren. Die Anlage Sun Club Doctors Center ist immer wieder eine Reise wert, der Bungalow vonn Herrm Diem ist vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen.
Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr gut. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!
