In the second line to the beach you will find this small,
quiet bungalow complex in the heart of Playa del Inglés.
Just 300 meters from the Atlantic coast with the famous
Dunes and beach promenade.
The popular shopping and entertainment center
"Cita" with many restaurants, bars, cafes and
it is only 400 meters. A taxi rank and a bus stop
located in the same street. Pharmacies and doctors can be found just around the corner - an ideal location!
The four units share a swimming pool
and a garden. Each bungalow has its own
Solarium with sun beds, umbrellas, and table and chairs.
The bungalows are perfectly equipped and have
completely renovated. Wireless Internet available in each bungalow. Many long-term holidaymakers and regulars come regularly and appreciate the personal, quiet atmosphere "Astrid".

Ideal holiday accommodation

My son and I spent 10 wonderful days in the bungalow complex "Astrid". The location of the complex is quiet but still in the middle of it all.

A very big thank you to Gaby and her husband, who took care of us in a very touching way.
The grounds and the pool were clean and well maintained. We would have loved to come back next year - but unfortunately everything is already booked up.

But we are not giving up... maybe then 2025!

Very quiet and beautiful bungalow complex.

We were in the Astrid complex for the first time and felt very comfortable.We were satisfied with the facilities.It would have been nice to have an egg boiler and toaster.Unfortunately we saw the shopping trolley to transport heavy water bottles too late.We will definitely come back after some time and if our health allows it.

Mit Befremden haben wir Ihre Bewertung zu Bungalow Nr. 3 gelesen. Wie Sie der Infomappe, die in allen Häusern aufliegt, entnehmen konnten, werden die Gäste gebeten, eventuelle Reklamationen umgehend an unsere Verwalter vor Ort zu melden, damit sofort Abhilfe geschaffen werden kann. Während Ihres gesamten 3-wöchigen Aufenthaltes baten Sie lediglich darum, den Sonnenschirm zu erneuern, was innerhalb eines Tages erfolgte.
Die Gäste, die vor Ihnen den Bungalow bewohnten, haben bereits für die nächste Saison gebucht und die nach Ihnen angereisten Gäste verbringen bereits zum dritten Mal ihren
Urlaub in Haus Nr. 3

Nice, quiet complex near the beach

We cannot confirm the assessment of Rolf and Evi from Preetz for our bungalow 5
This is our 15th time in the complex and we live here for a third of the year. We feel very comfortable. If we find any deficiencies on arrival, we inform Gabi and Michael. These were then rectified immediately or within the next 2 days.

Last year, the entire electrical system in the complex was renewed and there will certainly be further necessary construction work.

If our health permits, we will remain faithful to the facility.

Very well managed facility

This complex is beautifully maintained, with a great garden and clean pool. The staff is open to all the guests' wishes and makes every effort to make their stay as pleasant as possible. The staff are also friendly and helpful. The bungalows are tastefully furnished and offer all the amenities one could imagine for a relaxing holiday. In the living area, better couches or extra beds would be desirable. For a longer stay in the complex, upgrades would need to be made in the kitchen area, such as larger freezer compartments and baking and baking facilities.
Conclusion: A very recommendable facility, which, with the above-mentioned improvements, will be second to none in the future!

Travelling in the pandemic

Nice, small complex with clean pool. The facilities are functional and sufficient. Super location close to the beach! Proximity to the bakery and Cita outstanding. The best part of the stay was the great tips, the nice gesture and the cake from the manager couple Gabi and Michael on the occasion of the birthday party. Thank you

Quiet bungalow, good location!

Ideal bungalow for two people: Living room with kitchenette, dining table and sofa bed, partitionable area with bedroom / bathroom via 4 small steps. Kitchen equipment sufficient, a missing kettle was promptly brought by the nice managers Gaby & Michael (however, a glass pot for making tea would still be desirable)

We stayed in Bungalow #1 and had the terrace directly by the pool. Since it was not used much, we had a lot of peace and quiet for breakfast and sunbathing.

The Wi-Fi works fast, indoors and outdoors. Getting bread rolls and shopping is a 3 minute walk away, very practical. The contact with Mr Schneider via email was very professional and friendly; we also met him briefly in person at the complex

Many long-term guests and regular customers in the complex!

Very well maintained facility

It has been by far the best holiday on the island. This is the 12th time we have been to Playa and had a problem with accommodation at another nearby resort. Mr Schneider helped us in a very uncomplicated way. Once again, our best thanks for that. We have already booked a bungalow in this ankage from Mr Schneider for May. Special thanks to the caretakers, Gabi and Michael, where no question remains unanswered. Very cordial from the beginning of the holiday (pick-up at the airport) to the farewell (transfer to the airport). We can only warmly recommend this resort. Everything is just right here
Also the very pleasant neighbours in the complex.

Super accommodation!!!

I am totally enthusiastic and in love with this resort! We came across this resort by chance on the internet and then spontaneously decided to fly to Gran Canaria for the first time. Our expectations were exceeded by far! The complex is super centrally located, you can get everywhere directly, you have everything you need right on your doorstep (supermarkets, restaurants, doctors, pharmacy, shopping centres etc...) The complex consists of 5 bungalows, which are also super equipped. There is also a washing machine in the complex and a clothes horse with pegs on each terrace. My children (you should be able to swim) had a lot of fun in the pool and I was always able to swim my laps. Gaby and Michael (the house managers) are great people and take care of the complex and are always there to help and advise. The transfer to and from the airport went smoothly, thanks to them. We will come back again! All thumbs up
