Description
The house is situated on a very quiet plot of land, which is richly overgrown with palm trees, cacti, Canary Island pines and many other plants. The finca is surrounded by uninhabited plots. In the garden, a pool and an outdoor shower invite you to refresh yourself. In cool seasons, the pool can be heated. A small sports field can be used for playing table tennis, for example. The house has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living room and a bathroom with toilet. The living room leads into an open, modern kitchen. Above the living room is an attic room with two single beds, ideal for children. The house can therefore comfortably accommodate 4-6 people, depending on bed occupancy. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Satellite TV and internet connection (WLAN) are available. Bed linen and two towels per person are included. Another fully equipped house "Casa Madera" for 2 persons is also available on request on the finca.

Location and surroundings of object
Finca Lucio Verde is located in the mountains of Gran Canaria on the edge of the pretty mountain town of Santa Lucia de Tirajana. It is therefore particularly well suited for guests who want to escape the typical mass tourism. From its central location, the beauty of the island can be explored by car or on foot. The coast with the village of Vecindario and its diverse shopping facilities can be reached in about 30 to 40 min, depending on driving ability. In a further 10 to 20 minutes, you can reach the many wonderful seaside resorts on the coast or the charming capital Las Palmas.
The village of Santa Lucia can be reached on foot in a few minutes via a small path. Santa Lucia offers various restaurants, shopping facilities, a pharmacy and several bakeries, including a traditional baker who fires his stone oven with wood. Santa Lucia also has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool in the summer months.

A true paradise for walkers
Beautiful holiday home in a prime location for hikers. With a heated pool and outdoor shower, very private. Nice walks in the immediate surroundings. Fun restaurants within walking distance and fresh bread in just 10 minutes' walk in the morning. Michael provides you with all kinds of tips and is a very welcoming host. Santa Lucia is also very favorably located in terms of climate!

Beautiful holiday home with private pool in a prime location.
The holiday home is located in a secluded location on a large private property with two other holiday homes. Only one house is rented out at a time, so you can truly spend your vacation in complete privacy and relaxation. The heated pool is the highlight of the very well-kept and beautifully landscaped property. In addition, there are beautiful palm trees and cacti. Another highlight was the fantastic outdoor shower and the fact that the property cannot be seen, but offers a breathtaking view of the town and the mountains.
The table tennis table and the many board games provided, as well as German television and German books, definitely ensure that boredom does not arise.
You can walk directly from the house to the town, where there are restaurants, a supermarket, and a great bakery. The town is also beautifully designed.
The holiday home is rustically furnished and has a fully equipped open kitchen. We immediately felt comfortable and had everything we needed and more.
Our host Michael speaks German and welcomed us very friendly and is super helpful with any questions or problems.
We will definitely come back.

Villa in a beautiful location and complete tranquility
We, as a family of 3, spent a fantastic, relaxed, and very refreshing time at Finca Lucio Verde. The equipment and location of the Finca are as shown in the photos and even more beautiful. Everything is in top condition and very clean. The great, large garden with pool is simply like paradise, and on top of that, the magnificent view over the valley.
On-site, we were warmly welcomed by the manager, Michael, and provided with all important information as well as insider tips. He was always approachable and available for us. (German-speaking)
All in all, a really nice place to explore the island and enjoy a relaxing holiday away from mass tourism. We can 100% recommend this accommodation.
