The bungalow is very bright and light. He has ample private and communal outdoor space and is equipped with everything necessary to spend a pleasant and comfortable holiday, even for larger periods.

The complex is a community pool belongs with separate pool for children, deck chairs around the swimming pool, gardens.

The bungalow is located in the resort "Dunaflor" in Maspalomas. Ideal for family holidays.

Restaurants, grocery store and a small shopping center are also part of the system.

In the immediate vicinity is the shopping center "Faro 2" and various theme parks, flea markets.

Spring in Maspalomas

well maintained accommodation, very well equipped with everything you need. Kitchen with 2 hotplates, freezer and separate fridge. Small terrace with furniture and sun loungers and first rays of sunshine in the morning for breakfast. Bus stop towards Playa de Ingles/Las Palmas/Tejeda at the entrance to the complex. Direction Faro

d.Maspalomas approx. 2 min away. From/to the airport by bus 90 works very well. Entrance to the complex is relatively inconspicuous from the road, signposted Dunaflor Verde !
There is a supermarket right next to the complex. We had a nice stay and a great service from Dolores

Three beautiful weeks

Another lovely holiday in a great setting and a very well equipped bungalow. Our second holiday in this bungalow from Dolores. Everything available, quiet and relaxing, good weather anyway. Super holiday

Everything as described. Beautiful holiday bungalow with everything and a large terrace for sunbathing. Pool 15 m away, but still very quiet. Car and street noise not perceptible. All in all a very quiet and beautiful complex.
Transfer and handover of keys were well organised by Mrs Dolores. We spent a nice and relaxing holiday there and will book this bungalow from Mrs Dolores again in 2020.
Since we have been in the vicinity for the last 2 years, we have the advantage here that we know where we are going. In other resorts, which are undoubtedly also beautiful, it can always happen that you are assigned a bungalow that is not so nice and quiet.
So fly off and move into this bungalow without any surprises, and the relaxation can begin.

Very well equipped holiday flat in a beautiful complex

The flat is small, but very well equipped. In the kitchen you will not only find the obligatory 2 plates, etc. but there are plates, cutlery, glasses in more than sufficient numbers, even several pots and pans. Since we were self-catering, this was very convenient. We ate every meal on the terrace, which has a larger table with plenty of seating. The sunbeds with cushioning are very nice. Although the terrace is smaller, it has sun most of the day, so you can also sunbathe on the terrace. But it is even better at the pool, which is only a few steps away from the flat. We always found free sunbeds there. The pool was very clean. The water was not heated, but that was not a problem with the temperatures in Gran Canaria. We used the flat as a starting point for numerous tours by car. In this respect, it is well located, as you can get to the motorway very quickly. You can also walk to Playa del Inglés or Meloneras in the evening.
The water in the flat was always hot.
There is a steep staircase leading to the upper floor, where the bathroom and the bedroom (with air conditioning) are located. Because of the stairs, the flat is not suitable for people with walking difficulties
The bus stop is right in front of the complex, but taxi rides are not expensive either (we paid under €5 from Meloneras and Playa del Inglés).

Wintering on Gran Canaria

For the second time, we had the pleasure of being guests at Mrs. Dolores' place. And once again, it was incomparably beautiful. The transfer from the airport to the house was superbly organized, we were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Yolanda for the key handover, and she handed over to us a spotlessly clean house where nothing was missing. A special service is also the provision of pool towels, various cleaning and laundry detergents. Kitchen towels and toilet paper are also plentifully supplied, so the vacation can start right away. Directly next to the complex is a small grocery store where you can get all the daily necessities. In front of the complex, there is a bus stop and a taxi stand. Within walking distance, about 10 minutes away, you can find larger shopping opportunities and restaurants at the Faro II shopping center. Overall, we were very well taken care of by Dolores and her team and had a great holiday. We will be back for 9 weeks next year.

a great holiday

Super location, we had 3 weeks of summer in September/October, everything is easy to reach by car and the location is just wonderful. After long hikes a pool like this helps :-) we can only recommend it. We have grown very fond of Dolores and it will definitely not be the last time we stay here!

Very nice bungalow

Holiday bungalow in beautiful complex with large pool area. Sun all day, very well equipped...everything you need for daily use. The owner was on hand in case of need. The bus stop was right on the street, as was the taxi rank. Very good connections to all places, although the centre was also within walking distance. I can only recommend this flat. We will gladly come back again.

NICE HOLIDAY

The bungalow is somewhat secluded but the walk to the beach is manageable. The public bus connections are very good and the bus stop is right in front of the bungalow complex. The landlady, Mrs. Dolores, takes care of everything you want to know. The airport transfer arranged was very good in all respects. The bungalow is well equipped and tastefully furnished. There are shopping facilities nearby for self-catering. Mrs. Dolores even arranged for wifi in the bungalow. We were very satisfied and would love to come back.

Everything as desired.

Dolores took very good care of us from the beginning. We received many useful tips from her regarding the arrival and the stay. The bungalow provides everything you need and more. The kitchen is excellently equipped, the furniture is top-notch, and the bed is comfortable. It has sun loungers, a parasol, bath and beach towels, plenty of toilet paper, and sharp knives. All appliances work perfectly. We lacked nothing. The bungalow is well located. It is quickly accessible from the highway for day trips. It is very quiet. Mrs. Yolanda Martel was on site and took care of the key handover. Everything went smoothly. We would have liked to stay a bit longer and can highly recommend the bungalow. Very beautiful holiday bungalow

The equipment of the holiday home was as described. A big plus goes to the large bed with very good mattresses. The location was very good, with plenty of sunshine on the beautiful terrace all day long. The very nice landlady was very helpful and was reachable when needed.

Urlaub pur

Super nice bungalow furnished with love, everything very clean and well maintained, we didn't miss anything. Quiet location right by the pool. Landlady super nice and always available. Transfer with Rosa (who also lives in the complex) flawless, asked every day how we are doing. We felt very comfortable all around. Very good location, everything is easily accessible from there, if not on foot then by bus or taxi right in front of the complex. Looking forward to being there again in March.

Tip-Top, gladly again

A tranquil complex in the heart of Maspalomas. Sports, entertainment, and shopping facilities nearby. We had a rental car, so the distance to the beaches was not an issue. Very nice and helpful landlady and staff. The 13 days were a dream. Would love to come back again.

6 Sterne Urlaub

We were a young couple in September on Gran Canaria in this bungalow complex. Our bungalow was top equipped. We were surprised how the landlady had thought of everything one needs and this was perfectly accommodated in the small cozy apartment.

We were picked up very warmly already at the airport and received. The complex itself is inconspicuous from the outside, but very nice from the inside. The pool also invites you to relax and linger. Many sights, shopping opportunities, and beautiful beaches can be reached within a short time. Right next door, there is even a small shop, as well as a car rental (taxis are also very affordable) and a few restaurants. Nonetheless (that was important to us) far from mass tourism.

In short and crisp! We'll be back. 100% recommendation.

Simply FANTASTIC! The bungalow is located in a quieter area and is fully equipped. It has been newly renovated and tastefully furnished. Truly upscale. The landlady is TOP and was always available to us. In her loving manner, she had already organized everything possible for us in advance and also took care of us during our stay. WE LACKED NOTHING! The neighbors are also very nice. WE WILL GLADLY COME BACK!!!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Der Bungalow liegt ein wenig abseits vom Pool, so dass man auch in der Hochsaison mehr Ruhe finden kann. Die Anlage DUNAFLOR gefällt uns persönlich sehr gut. Sie hat einen wunderschönen grossen Pool sowie eine tolle Gartenanlage. Alles wird täglich gepflegt.Sie liegt nicht direkt down town, hat aber unmittelbar vor dem Haupttor eine Bushaltestelle in beide Richtungen mit einer fantastischen Anbindung überall und schnell, hin. Der Strand ist wunderbar schnell mit dem Auto oder dem Bus zu erreichen. Auch die Shoppingmeile mit einem sehr grossen Einkaufszentrum sowie die Strandpromenade sind unkompliziert erreichbar.

free time activities: Alles möglich, ob mit Auto oder Bus. Touren, Schwimmparadiese, shoppen, chillen oder krachen lassen... Für ALLE etwas dabei.

shopping facilities: Wunderbar! Direkt an der Anlage befindet sich ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen, der super sortiert ist. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, besonders Pflicht waren für uns die morgentlichen Brötchen von dort. Ansonsten gibt es in der Nähe auch Lidl und Co, welche wunderbar mit Auto oder Bus zu erreichen sind...

Great vacation in a dreamy apartment.

We spent two weeks in this lovely and sunny apartment. The complex was very quiet, relatively close to the beach, and had a fantastic swimming pool. We visited other holiday homes nearby, but so far, this one has been our favorite by far. The house was clean, newly furnished, and inviting. Our landlady took great care of our well-being. We will definitely come back! Thank you very much, Dolores!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Es ist empfehlenswert ein Auto zu mieten, um die Insel zu besichtigen.

free time activities: Besonders nennenswert fanden wir die Spaziergänge am Meer entlang. Auch gab es auch Angebot an Wassersport, Tennis, Golf,usw.

shopping facilities: Nur einige Gehminuten enfernt befindet sich ein grosser Supermarkt und innerhalb des Komplexes hat man auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten + Restaurants

Road bike holiday

We were very satisfied with the accommodation and service overall. The bungalow is very well equipped (including a water boiler, coffee machine, electric citrus press, small grill oven, flat-screen TV with satellite connection, hairdryer, etc.) and is nicely and functionally furnished (many storage options) with a large terrace in a quiet location within the complex. We also appreciated the good on-site support (e.g. assistance with car rental, information on excursions, etc.). the coffee machine broke - we got a new one the next day)
Another advantage: the 90s bus from the airport stops right in front of the property, there is also a taxi stand and a car rental service nearby, a small supermarket is also available.
We were also very satisfied with the rented road bikes and the service provided by Cyclo Canaria. Near the coast, the roads are very busy, but as soon as you drive inland, you are on quiet roads in beautiful landscapes, albeit with many steep climbs. Pleasantly, Spanish drivers are very considerate towards cyclists! In addition to our road cycling trips, we also visited the beautiful dunes of Maspalomas and the interesting Palmitos Park (with many attractions including a dolphin show).

shopping facilities: Lebensmittelversorgung ist OK, ansonsten ist Leihauto empfehlenswert.
