My quietly located, renovated village house in the romantic village of Le Plan de la Tour – is bright and elegantly furnished, equipped with tasteful paintings, presents itself with much comfort, fully air-conditioned in all rooms and with automatic ventilation.
New louvered shutters also protect against too much light and too much sun – in addition, insulation provides good energy efficiency!
The popular "Mas de Village" has a very good, clever layout, spread over ground floor and 1st floor.
With us you will not find any built-in sleeping galleries in the living room – but all 3 separate bedrooms plus a winter garden room to relax or use as an office – additionally, the living-dining room is separate and can be used independently – a huge advantage for a relaxed holiday, especially if you want to live in our house undisturbed and comfortably with several people!
On the ground floor you will find the living/dining room with a comfortable new couch, which can also be used as a pull-out sofa bed, with an open fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and window, separate WC, and adjoining bedroom with access to the shower room and washing machine – both rooms offer a view and access to the enclosed pretty garden with terrace, and with special shutters you can also protect the rooms from the sun if necessary!!
On the first floor, two separate, beautiful bedrooms await you, plus a separate winter garden room for relaxing, bright and with a large panoramic window and mountain view!
All five rooms have large windows overlooking the expanse and the wonderful landscape!
All three bedrooms have a spacious built-in wardrobe with sliding doors.
In addition, on the 1st floor you have a second, larger bathroom with tub and window and a separate WC, also with window, at your disposal!
In the living/dining room you will find a hi-fi sound system with very beautiful sound and the latest technology, such as Bluetooth, USB Direct for MP3 playback, CD player, MP3-CD and radio, etc., etc.
You will also find a satellite flat-screen TV – with many German, French, and English programs.
The "Mas de Village" is sheltered from the wind and peaceful on a hill at the end of the pretty and historic old town of Plan de la Tour, has a wonderful wide view all around, with a view to the front of the old town and green spaces and to the back of green spaces and the Maures mountains, and thus offers you a total of five bright, light- and sun-flooded rooms.
The winter garden is an additional room with a large panoramic window and its own door, which can also be used separately for relaxing or as an office.
Your Mas de Village is quiet and very safe in a small, very well-kept residential complex with only 6 houses, the entrance gate can only be opened with a code, we also offer you 2 private parking spaces reserved just for you and a small southeast garden, beautifully green, blooming and enclosed with a large wooden terrace, dining table, chairs and sun loungers – wonderfully sheltered from the wind!
The garden has only one neighbor to the left side and thus the whole thing is like an end house.

Plan de la Tour is a Provençal and still very authentic place; there is no hustle and certainly no mass tourism here – everything happens wonderfully calmly and serenely – it is very relaxing...
The best bakery in the village is only 2 minutes on foot from the house – very important... and the restaurants with spacious outdoor terraces are only 3 minutes on foot!
The village is located in the Gulf of Saint Tropez, on a hill, tranquil in an incredibly beautiful and sparsely built-up landscape; the Maures mountains provide a visually splendid backdrop and at the same time protect you here from cool winds and the famous Mistral.
On Thursday mornings, the remarkable weekly market takes place here, which you should definitely visit.
Throughout the entire summer, art exhibitions and vernissages can be visited all over the village!
You can discover the magnificent surrounding landscape on foot from the house; numerous hiking trails invite you to experience this still original and impressive landscape and to pause and recharge at magically beautiful spots!
Also visit the various nearby beaches, such as the beaches of Nartelle near Ste. Maxime (only 15 minutes away) with its wonderful beach restaurants like "la Voile", "Mario Plage" and "la Reine Jeanne", or other expansive sandy beaches around Ste. Maxime will delight you, as well as the especially extensive Pampelonne beaches near Ramatuelle or the Gigaro beaches near La Croix-Valmer.
You will also love the charming seaside resort of Ste. Maxime with its historic, romantic old town, its special church, its newly renovated wide beach boulevard and promenade, and the magnificent marina.
The romantic, historic old town, with small alleys, many good restaurants that are open all year round, and all just 9 km or 10 minutes by car from Mas de Village, awaits you!
For many connoisseurs of the peninsula, including our regular guests, "Ste. Maxime" is in many ways increasingly surpassing "St. Tropez," especially since everything here is open all year round, particularly in the pre- and post-season: very interesting shops, top restaurants where price/performance is still right... as well as exclusive boutiques available for you!
A newly designed waterfront promenade with many seating and sports facilities, newly planted greenery, palm trees, and restaurants will delight you.
There is also an original market hall with special offerings, fruits, the best fish and meat, and cozy corners to sit and watch, and a weekly market on Saturdays!
Furthermore, in the cozy old town you will find: jazz clubs, music bars, and delicatessen shops that make the visit truly inspiring!
It is no coincidence that international buyers either have their holiday home here or live in Ste. Maxime all year round!
Our winter guests, who regularly rent from us during this time and also enjoy these advantages, equally benefit from the exceptionally good infrastructure. There are also numerous parking spaces here, some even free of charge – I am happy to tell you where!
Of course, St. Tropez with its yacht harbor is always worth seeing; you can get there quickly, even by ferry from Ste. Maxime.
Especially in the high summer, this is very pleasant... without traffic jams and searching for parking, you can reach St. Tropez in 10 minutes with a pleasant boat ride!
The romantic villages around are also worth seeing, such as: Grimaud, Gassin, Cogolin, and Ramatuelle.
Cogolin is known for its top restaurants and its great weekly markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays!
The golf course in Beauvallon is almost opposite, and there are more in the neighborhood.

Hiking in the surroundings of your house, cafés, shops, bakery and very good restaurants within 2-5 minutes walking distance, various beaches with beautiful long bathing beaches at Ste. Maxime with restaurants, amusement parks, large cinema, wellness center – and large swimming pool very close by, nature reserves, rock hikes and various bathing spots are waiting to be discovered.
Also worth seeing is the botanical garden in Ste. Maxime and the original market hall in the old town of Ste. Maxime! Excursion to the Verdon Gorges in the north – visit to the famous monastery Chartreuse de Verne.
Many hiking trails, also in the nature reserve on the coast, are wonderful, and designated cycling tours are exciting as well.
All the neighboring villages are worth seeing, and you will also find various good restaurants here.
The cities of Aix, Cannes, Antibes, and Nice offer numerous sights and museums!
Also visit the wonderful, unspoiled Verdon Gorges with the large bathing lake Ste. Croix - crystal-clear water for swimming or you can take a pedal boat into the gorges. Many beautiful places around the gorges and the lake can be visited, especially Moustiers Ste. Marie with its many shops, galleries, and great restaurants!
Hyeres is also very beautiful with its offshore islands, which you can reach by boat. The probably most beautiful wide sandy beaches can be found here very close by, 10-25 km away; besides the nearby beautiful beaches of Ste. Maxime with the "Nartelle" beaches, there are also the magnificent beaches of Ramatuelle – the "Pampelonne" beaches with some nudist beaches, the beaches of La Croix Valmer – the Gigaro beaches with rocky coves and nature reserve, also wonderful for hiking!
Also the beaches of St. Tropez les Salins are wonderful, the selection is large and each of my regular guests has their own favorite beach!

We spent a pleasant week in this well-equipped house. We found everything to our satisfaction and were very happy with the individually adjustable air conditioning units in the rooms. The dog-proof fenced garden was perfect for our dog, and we could be at ease. The many pieces of information from Mr. Goll were very helpful. Various restaurant recommendations that we tested were great. The typical French village, with the shopping options, was charming and the market on Thursday morning as well. Contact with the landlord was straightforward via email and the final bill was issued quickly and the deposit refunded. We really liked the house and the area.

The house fully corresponds to the pictures and is absolutely well-equipped. Everything needed for cooking is available in the kitchen. Really perfect! We especially liked that the mattresses were very comfortable; there was really no expense spared here. Communication with the landlord was excellent, absolutely uncomplicated. The place Plan de la Tour is worth a trip to the south on its own, very authentic, very good shops, and no mass tourism. We were here mainly for e-bike riding and were not disappointed; there are wonderful trails on former railway tracks (voies vertes) along the coast (Cavalaire) and also further north (Fayosc, Lorgues, Salernes), which are hard to surpass in beauty. We felt very comfortable and would gladly come back anytime. Many thanks to the landlords at this point.
