The holiday complex is situated on a hill with pine trees and cork oaks on a plot of approx. 11 ha. From the terrace of Villa Christina you can enjoy a wonderful view of the castle in Grimaud. On the entrance floor of the holiday home you will find a living room/bedroom with a double sofa bed. The kitchenette and dining area with access to a 2nd sunny terrace are located on a mezzanine floor. Bathroom with shower and a separate WC on the upper floor. One bedroom is located on the upper floor. In the entrance area you can use a - partially - covered loggia. The villa is tastefully furnished for 4 adults. 2 supermarkets approx. 900 m away. In the complex you also have a tennis court and 3 pools. Bistro open from April to September. The beaches of Port Grimaud and St Tropez are easily accessible by car. The house is very conveniently located, (just uphill and you come immediately to the roundabout with connections in all directions) From the pools and the 'pool terrace' you enjoy a wonderful view of the Alps, the blue sea and the coast of St.Tropez and St.Maxime.
The Gulf of St Tropez: The Gulf of St Tropez is known for its special CLIMATE with over 300 days of sunshine a year. Famous personalities and artists such as P. Signac, Matisse, B. Bardot, Benetton and Karajan are just a few of those who have settled here. Especially on the coast you will find numerous wills of many celebrities. St. Tropez is a small town that welcomes around 6,000,000 visitors a year. Hardly any other place in Europe has so much charm, which you can discover quietly, especially in the off-season.
This house in Cogolin is perfect for up to 4 people and offers you a bedroom, access to the pool which is open from 01 May to 31 August and a fenced garden.
The living room is the perfect place to relax after enjoying the sun during the day. Sit on the sofa and read a good book or alternatively make use of the good facilities including flat screen TV with satellite reception, CD player, DVD player and radio.
You can prepare your favourite dishes in the modern kitchen. Savour your meals at the dining table for 8 or outside in the garden or on the terrace and enjoy the view of the mountains, the pool and the sea.
