Description
Le Cadran Soleil is an old Provençal bastide that has been tastefully renovated and offers every comfort for 8 people. The large living room opens onto a terrace with a pergola made of natural vines. The kitchen is open to the garden and the BBQ. On the upper floors, 4 bedrooms with 4 private bathrooms and toilets. On the ground floor, the living room, the kitchen, a large entrance and a toilet. On the 1st floor, an office area, a bedroom with bathroom (shower) and separate toilet, another bedroom with bathroom (bath) and separate toilet. On the 2nd floor, 2 other bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (shower) and WC.
The rooms have adjustable vertical ventilation or air conditioning. The private swimming pool (heated and secured) is cleaned twice a week. The 600 m² garden is maintained during your stay.

Le Cadran Soleil is located in the commune of Gassin, at the bottom of the village, less than one kilometre from the shore. The villa faces the vineyards while being close to the main shopping centres and the beaches of the Gulf of Saint Tropez.
