The large living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, CD radio with Bluetooth and USB, a complete kitchenette (oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster), couch and armchair
The couch has a sleeping function for 1 adult or 2 children
In the loggia with the historical window ornaments is the dining area with a wonderful view over the Baltic Sea and the Binz bay with the pier.
The bedroom offers you a double bed and a large wardrobe
A high chair and travel cot are available free of charge upon request.
The bathroom has a toilet and a bathtub with an inside shower and a real glass shower partition
The flat also has a small hallway with wardrobe.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in this holiday flat.

The "Fanny`s Meerblick" holiday flat is located in Villa Agnes, which is in the historic part of the Binz beach promenade, directly on the white and fine sandy beach of Binz. There are many good restaurants nearby, e.g. the "Strandhalle" which is very popular because of its excellent cuisine. To reach the pier and the town centre, you can walk along the beach or the beach promenade for about 10 minutes.

Traumurlaub
After a long wait (due to corona), we were finally able to go on vacation, and it was very relaxing, good weather, happy children :-), everything was perfect.

Amid the storms and cold temperatures, we enjoyed the tea even more in the apartment - observing the Baltic Sea is relaxing. The apartment is cozy, and the villa at the end of the promenade is very quiet.

Jahresendurlaub in Binz
The Villa Agnes is a very beautiful house right on the water's edge. We have lived in almost all apartments at some point. The sea view is always very impressive, but of course even better from the top floor!!
