The large living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, CD radio with Bluetooth and USB, a complete kitchenette (oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster), couch and armchair
The couch has a sleeping function for 1 adult or 2 children
In the loggia with the historical window ornaments is the dining area with a wonderful view over the Baltic Sea and the Binz bay with the pier.
The bedroom offers you a double bed and a large wardrobe
A high chair and travel cot are available free of charge upon request.
The bathroom has a toilet and a bathtub with an inside shower and a real glass shower partition
The flat also has a small hallway with wardrobe.

The "Fanny`s Meerblick" holiday flat is located in Villa Agnes, which is in the historic part of the Binz beach promenade, directly on the white and fine sandy beach of Binz. There are many good restaurants nearby, e.g. the "Strandhalle" which is very popular because of its excellent cuisine. To reach the pier and the town centre, you can walk along the beach or the beach promenade for about 10 minutes.

Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. gemütlich
bei den Stürmen und kalten Temperaturen haben wir den Tee in der Wohnung umso mehr genossen - die Ostsee dabei beobachten ist Erholung. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet , die Villa am Ende der Promenade ist sehr ruhig gelegen.

Jahresendurlaub in Binz
Die Villa Agnes ist ein sehr schönes Haus direkt an der Wasserlinie. Wir haben schon fast alle Wohnungen mal bewohnt. Der Meerblick ist immer sehr beeindruckend, aber aus dem obersten Stockwerk natürlich nochmal besser!!
