a 1-room holiday flat renovated and refurnished in 2019
with a beautiful living-bedroom with flat-screen TV, ministereo system and fully equipped kitchenette with 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, crockery etc..
All windows and the balcony door are fitted with blackout blinds.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer and WC.
The large balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea is furnished with a table, 2 chairs and 2 sun loungers.
A free Wi-Fi connection is available for the guests.
The holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor.
Smoking is not permitted in the flat. Please use the roof terrace for this purpose.
A parking space at the house is included.

The "Dünenjuwel" holiday flat is located in the Villa Agnes. It is located in the authentic and historic part of the Binz beach promenade, directly on the white and fine sandy bathing beach in Binz. Good restaurants, the "Strandhalle", are nearby. To the pier and the town centre, it takes about 10 minutes to stroll along the beach or the promenade.

Small but (very) fine
A little gem, the "Dune Jewel." Tasteful decor, we didn't miss anything in terms of amenities, the terrace was our living room with a fantastic view ;-) We are already looking for a return date!

A Dream by the Sea

What a view....
The Baltic Sea and Binz also have their charms in winter. The apartment is tastefully furnished and everything is taken care of. Now we have to come in summer to be able to enjoy the great terrace ;-)
