A wonderful beach flat with unobstructed and breathtaking panoramic views awaits you:
The living room (couch has sleeping function) with TV and CD radio is located in the loggia with fantastic sea view. The dining table is also located here. So you can also enjoy the fantastic sea view at mealtimes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave etc.. A day bed and an electric fireplace create a cosy ambience in the kitchen-living room.
The bedroom with two small wardrobes and a large double bed as well as a chic shower bathroom round off the furnishings.
You can use the Wi-Fi in the holiday flat free of charge. A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge for the little ones.
A parking space at the house is included.

The "Panoramablick" holiday flat in Villa Agnes is located in the particularly beautiful historic part of the Binz beach promenade, directly on the bathing beach. Good restaurants, the "Strandhalle", are nearby. The centre and the pier are a 10-minute walk along the beach or the promenade.

Weiße Villa am Meer
Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen: an erster Stelle steht der Meerblick. Die alte Villa hat noch den Charme der Sommerfrische trotz kompletter Renovierung. Diese Wohnung wurde sehr arrangiert eingerichtet. Alle Punkte sind verdient.

Sommerferien
Den Urlaub haben Jung und Alt gleichermaßen genossen. Der Ausblick, schnell am Strand, super Ausgangspunkt zum Joggen und wandern, ins Zentrum zum Shoppen, Frühstücken mit Meeresblick, abendlicher Spaziergang und für Fahrradtouren. Rügen hat soviel zu bieten.... wir muten einfach schon gleich für das nächste Jahr wieder buchen :-) und freuen uns schon.

Best location
We stayed in the beautiful flat and felt very comfortable. The flat is very tastefully furnished, with a lot of attention to detail. The villa is located in a quiet area, but still within easy reach of the city. We were able to watch the sea bustle very nicely from the flat. It was a very nice holiday. Thank you Silke
