The "Strandjuwel" holiday flat in Villa Agnes offers you a luxurious ambience with a dreamlike view of the expanse of the Baltic Sea.
The living room is located in the loggia with a fantastic sea view. In the open kitchen in front of the electric fireplace are cosy armchairs and the TV corner with Loewe flat screen TV.
The high-quality and fully equipped kitchenette in the holiday flat offers you everything you need on your holiday. In the bedroom you will find a wardrobe, double bed and a desk.
The bathroom has a real glass shower cubicle with rain shower as well as a vanity mirror and hairdryer.
Parking space, Wi-Fi and a beach chair (May-Sept.) are included.
The holiday flat is located on the mezzanine floor.

The Strandjuwel holiday flat in Villa Agnes is located in the historic part of the Binz beach promenade, directly on the bathing beach. Good restaurants, the "Strandhalle", are nearby. The centre of the village and the pier can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot along the beach or the promenade.

What a view
The villa is dreamily located almost at the end of the promenade. It was peaceful, yet one could quickly be in the midst of things. Watching the sea activity with a cup of tea – just great. The apartment was clean and very tastefully furnished. Convenient parking at the house. Highly recommended!
