Enjoy your Baltic Sea holiday in the holiday flat "Vista Mare"!
This beautiful 1.5-room holiday flat was renovated and refurnished for you in spring 2019:
In the large living/bedroom with kitchenette, you have a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) and a complete kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, etc..
The enclosed balcony/loggia with great sea view is furnished as a living area with TV, hi-fi system, dining area, couch and armchair
The small bathroom offers WC, hairdryer and real glass shower.
The flat is located on the first floor.
Maximum occupancy: 2 persons
A parking space at the house and WiFi are included.
A beach chair on the beach is included from May to September.

The holiday flat "Vita Mare" is located in the Villa Agnes and is situated in the historical part of the beach promenade in Binz, directly on the bathing beach in Binz. Good restaurants, the "Strandhalle", are nearby. To the pier and the town centre, it is a 10-minute walk along the beach or the promenade.

One could spend a few weeks of vacation here... Very tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail and functional. Everything is well-maintained and clean, and the view....

Right by the water!
A great holiday apartment for the autumn! You sit in the warmth and enjoy the wonderful view! Of course, we also let ourselves be blown through properly during long beach walks. It was a fabulous break. Thank you very much for that!

We were in the apartment 3 years ago, but it was renovated last year, and a big compliment to the owner for how tastefully and thoughtfully it was renovated and furnished... unrecognizable. Very successful...
