Description
New, built in 2006 House about 200 meters from the beach with sea view and heated, private pool mold. The house has three bedrooms, two of them with private balconies on the 1st floor and one on the ground floor. The master bedroom also has an en suite, private facilities and large doors to the balcony from where you can see the sea and have a look at the rocks beautiful Papagayo beaches and. The kitchen is modern and fully furnished and has everything you will have needs repairs, including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. For the little ones are a cot and high chair and a toy box ready. If technologies are also a color TV with satellite and DVD player in the house.
The house is situated in a quiet little village of 16 houses. In the neighborhood there are several luxury hotels with 4 and 5 stars, a supermarket, a car rental, a taxi rank and a shopping center with boutiques and restaurants. In 200 meters distance to the beautiful natural beach Playa las Coloradas with crystal clear water is (very good for snorkeling) and many colorful fish. At the beach, the Gorgeous, 10 km long Uferpromendade begins which extends to over Playa Blanca with its many Fischestaurants and the harbor to the lighthouse at the far end of the resort.
The world famous Papagayo in the adjacent nature reserve with its enchanting underwater world can be reached on foot or by car. Additional facilities in the area many sights and the Timanfaya National Park where you can see everything about volcanoes and learn and also can make a camel ride.

Location and surroundings of object
At the end of Playa Blanca, about 200 meters from the Playa de las Coloradas. Playa Blanca is the most beautiful and most peaceful fishing village on Lanzarote. No Gebauede is higher than 3 floors. Weltberuemte Papagayo (= parrot) sandy beaches. You can then select from the port with de faehre in less than half an hour in Fuerteventural be.

The house is at ground level from the street and the parking at the house accessible (no steps), so in principle suitable for wheelchair users or people with mobility problems. However, the doors are all normal wide, where it could possibly lead to problems with wide wheelchairs. If in doubt please ask.

Centrally located highly recommended property
From the first contact with the landlord, it was clear: this is serious. Questions were answered promptly; contracts provided without any hooks or loopholes. Three weeks at Casas Papagayo Rocas flew by. There was no shortage of amenities. Everything is there and more, from the dishwasher (not the bipedal one, but the electric one) to the washing machine, refrigerator, and microwave. SAT TV (which we didn't need) is also available, as is WiFi (for the email addicts). The property is spacious; the rooms are bright and friendly. The outdoor area also invites to linger outside in the evening. For the hardy ones, using the pool at night is recommended. Everything is clean and was completely free of pests during our stay - which is another indication of cleanliness. The proximity to Marina Rubicon, Playa Blanca, and of course the Papagayo beaches makes the house particularly appealing. Furthermore, the landlord provides a lot of tips for numerous excursions. Anyone who thinks Lanzarote is small: We have covered almost 2,000 km with the rental car and still haven't seen everything. For us, it is certain: we will definitely come back.
