Detached villa in the south of Lanzarote
The holiday home has its own parking space directly at the entrance.
A high-quality interior awaits you in the house, in which you will feel at home from the beginning of your stay. The spacious living/dining room has a double-door window front with exit to the covered terrace, garden and heated pool. From there you can enjoy the free view towards Marina Rubicon and Playa Blanca.
The villa, designed for 4 persons, also has two separate bedrooms with double beds ( m) and two bathrooms (1 tub/1 shower), one of them ensuite. The kitchen is good and equipped with all important electrical appliances. From here one reaches a small housekeeping area with washing machine and further necessary household aids. Of course, bed linen, towels and beach sheets will be provided. Bathrobes are also available. If you would like to extend the interesting and varied entertainment programme that the island has to offer at home in the evening, two televisions and WLAN reception are at your disposal.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the small residential complex "El Partidor". The centre of Playa Blanca is only a few minutes drive from the holiday home. The marina "Marina Rubicon" with shops and restaurants is within walking distance. From there, the beach promenade also offers a wonderful walk into the village.

Soak up the sun in winter
We felt very comfortable in the holiday home, which was lovingly furnished and in a very quiet location. The furnishings left nothing to be desired and we made extensive use of the pool and the sheltered seating area on the terrace. Everything was very clean and tidy. A delicious wine and other drinks were provided as a welcome. The evening walk to the Marina Rubicon harbour (approx. 800m) was effortless. There are numerous restaurants here, but you can also cater for yourself thanks to the well-equipped holiday home kitchen complete with barbecue.

An oasis of calm
We stayed in this beautiful house for 14 days in September. We came home very well rested and relaxed. We didn't miss anything there, the house is very well equipped, especially with high-quality furniture and it is very clean everywhere. The mattresses in the master bedroom are a dream, we have rarely slept so well in a holiday home. The manager is also on site and always there for you if you have any questions or problems. We had very good contact with the landlady right from the start, and you notice right away how much love for detail she has put into the house
The pool had pleasant 27/28 degrees and was a wonderful refreshment at daytime temperatures around 30 degrees with the typical Canarian wind. Even at night, the nights were balmy at 23 degrees.
We spent a few days just sitting there on the beautifully planted terrace because it was just so nice and quiet. Various beaches are easily accessible by car in a few minutes, as are well-stocked supermarkets.
In the beautiful marina Rubicón there are many delicious restaurants
The island offers so many beautiful sights. It is definitely worth exploring the island by car.
A charcoal grill, large fridge with freezer compartment (incl. cooling batteries), cool bag, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, parasol, fans, mosquito screens on the windows, comfortable loungers and cushions, well-equipped kitchen with Tassimo coffee machine, spices, etc.. Everything the heart desired was there.
Even 2 masks and a hand sanitizer were on the table on arrival including delicious Lanzarote wine. Soap and hairdryer were in the bathroom, enough towels and beach towels were available
In short, everything was just right for us. This was our second stay on Lanzarote and definitely not our last, then we would be happy to stay again at Casa las Palmeras :-)
