Villa Las Coloradas is a cozy and quiet accommodation with everything you need to relax and have fun during your stay in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.

Location and surroundings of object
In front of urbanization is a park with playground and a shopping center with supermarket, cafes with free wifi, restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlor, shops and many services such as taxi and bus. The boardwalk is about five minutes and he can get to the Marina, an entertainment complex with shops, bowling and restaurants. If you're looking for sports, then you have Dorada Beach, with a variety of activities.
A 15 minute walk you have another of the great attractions of Lanzarote, the beaches of Papagayo located within the Natural Park of Los Ajaches. There are sandy beaches and crystalline waters. You can find everything from large to small beaches and cozy coves. If you do not want to walk, this Nature also has car access.
laya Blanca is situated on the south side of Lanzarote and through the years has become the third largest tourist area on the island. Awarded on various occasions for its beauty, this peaceful and pleasant spot is the ideal place for the whole family to relax in.
Playa Blanca has flourishing service sector: bars, restaurants, businesses… and one of the best recreational ports in Lanzarote. It is also close to the Papagayo Beaches where white sand and crystalline waters wash lap against the rocks.

We have had a quiet and pleasant week at the house. There was everything you need, the supermarket is very close.
The landlady is very friendly and has described everything well. Thank you very much for the great stay.
Please excuse me, my Spanish is very basic.

Class bungalow
We had a wonderful holiday!
The contact with the landlady Mrs. Fraile was very friendly from the beginning and
very friendly and questions were answered very quickly. She sent precise directions, so we found the bungalow without any problems.
Everything was as shown in the pictures. The wonderful garden with pool and beautiful view was of course the highlight.
The location of the bungalow was great! The supermarket and the beaches (Papagayo) were within walking distance, and the beautiful coastal promenade (7 km long and nicely paved) was just around the corner.
The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were good, the living/dining room was nice and big and the wifi worked fine. Dear Mrs Fraile, thank you for the very good and friendly company we experienced.
Your bungalow can be recommended without reservation.

Top house with great location
The house was super great, we felt very comfortable. Great location, great equipment, very spacious, nicely furnished. The only drawback is perhaps the noise level, but we pensioners are perhaps a little sensitive. It's because of the Spanish building style to do without separating joints and sound insulation. All in all, however, this is a very recommendable holiday home, which with the swimming pool and the sun loungers
the swimming pool and the sun loungers combined with the beautiful view make it an attractive place to spend a day at the house every now and then. We would rent it again at any time. The handling with the owner was also flawless and uncomplicated.
