Description
We rent a small house for 2 persons (max. 3 adults. Or 2 adults. + 2 children) in an absolute dream location in oceanfront !! It is a semi-detached house, surrounded by a small lushly landscaped tropical garden. It is located directly on the seafront in Playa Blanca on the cliffs opposite the Papagayo beaches in a very quiet small condominium. It offers itself to you from there a breathtaking panoramic views of the Papagayo beaches and Fuerteventura.
The house is very nicely decorated and has a well-kept and very complete equipment, which is also high demands and the needs of long-term tourists do justice:

The terrace is nestled in a small densely planted tropical garden which protects it from the wind and any prying eyes. Therefore, despite the exposed position also protecting your privacy !!
Within the complex is a large, very clean underused pool + children's pool available, with sea views and plenty of space for sunbathing and swimming.
House rules:
- Absolute smoking ban !!!
- House suitable for allergy sufferers -
it is cleaned by us as far as possible with environmental resources.
- No animals in the house
- The 'wild' cats in the garden grew up there and have there their refuge. We ask you to respect this and not to scare away from the garden - they belong to!
- If a key is lost, the entire cylinder must be replaced with costs.

Location and surroundings of object
The facility is located at the eastern end of the waterfront. At the Marina Rubicon, the new picturesque marina with lots of shopping, things to do and good restaurants are walking just 10 minutes. The center of Playa Blanca for about 30 minutes. Thither there is also a bus - the stop is just 3 min. away!
Playa Blanca is located on the sunny southern tip of Lanzarote. Its waterfront is exclusively reserved for pedestrians. It extends over more than 7 km along the south coast of the Papagayo beaches far behind the lighthouse on the other side of Playa Blanca.

- The keys are handed over on site after consultation against a deposit of € 200,-.

Simply great!
Homes for 2 people with a perfect equipment, very clean, beautiful front garden (very rare in other homes) and a fascinating view of the sea, the Papagayo bay and the sunrise. Couldn’t be better!

Mooie plek maar aan het huis mankeerde wel wat aan.
De ligging van het huisje is subliem. De tuin was een kleine, slecht onderhouden jungle. Waar de zon nauwelijks doorheen kon. Daardoor was het in de woonkamer overdag erg donker. De sleutel in de schuifdeuren liep erg stroef, waardoor wij steeds bang waren dat hij af zou breken. De inrichting van de keuken liet zeer te wensen over.Deurtjes van keukenkastjes hingen beetje scheef en in een keukenkastje stonden een paar veel te grote pannen van een goedkoop soort, en een bestekbak met net toereikend bestek. Geen knoflookpers. Geen aardappelschilmesje. Geen bakblik of ovenschaal om in de oven te gebruiken. In de bovenkastjes stonden qua glaswerk 2 verschillende wijnglazen en wat waterglazen. Geen borrelglaasjes. Dat glaswerk en ovenschaal hebben we zelf maar aangevuld, evenals dweilen en een inloopmat om je voeten te vegen, Die dweilen en mat hadden we nodig omdat bij regen het water via de achterdeur naar binnen liep. De slaapkamer was licht en had prachtig uitzicht. Maar de rolgordijnen werkten niet en de de slaapkamerdeur kon niet dicht, liep klem op de vloer. Er was geen extra lakenset om bed tussentijds te verschonen. Bij vertrek moest ik zelf het beddegoed afhalen en in de wasmachine stoppen, heel vreemd omdat ik ook voor de eind schoonmaak betaald had. Er was ook een ingewikkeld gedoe over de eindafrekening van electra., die verrekend zou worden met de borgsom. Hierover moest ik zelf na bijna 3 weken bellen. En passant werd me nog het scheuren van een van de pannen aangerekend! Wij zijn trouwe Lanzarote fans, al 5 keer 8 weken doorgebracht, maar hebben nog nooit zo’n slecht onderhouden huis en tuin getroffen. Kortom: hoewel de ligging fantastisch was, komen we hier niet terug.

Dreamlike holiday
The house is located directly on the beach promenade and has a view of the sea and the Papagayo beaches from the terrace and the balcony in the bedroom. Even from the bed you can see, hear and smell the sea in the morning :-)
The furnishings are typical of the country and the overall equipment is perfectly adequate for a holiday.
The landlady was very nice and helpful and gave us some good tips.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir haben in der Casa Bellavista einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Uns war die Nähe zum Meer besonders wichtig und angenehm. Unglaublich schön, morgens aus dem Bett heraus auf die Wellen zu schauen. Die Matratzen waren erstaunlich gut, die Lage nachts ruhig, wir haben die Insel gut erholt verlassen. Die Wohnung war blitzblank und sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war allerdings eiskalt. Die Insel lädt zum Staunen ein...

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die FeWo liegt in erster Reihe am Meer, fußläufig zwischen mehreren sehr schönen Stränden. Ein paar illegal gebaute (!) Hotels schränken die Sicht auf die Papagayo-Strände ein.
free time activities: Sehr zu empfehlen: joggen zur Playa Dorada, dort eine Runde schwimmen und wieder zurückjoggen! Wanderungen an der Playa Blanca zum Leuchtturm oder zu den Papageienstränden.
shopping facilities: Gut sortierte Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar. Marina Rubicon bietet nach einem kleinen Spaziergang am Meer mehrere Geschäfte und samstags einen Wochenmarkt.
