In the loggia with direct sea view is the living room with dining area, flat screen TV, radio and couch with sleeping function
Blackout curtains are available

In the second room you will find the sleeping area with double bed and the chic kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, 4-plate hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The bathroom has a shower and WC

The "Strandlust" holiday flat is located in Villa Agnes, which is in the historic part of the Binz beach promenade, directly on the white and fine sandy bathing beach of Binz. Good restaurants, the "Strandhalle" or "Nixe", very popular with locals and guests, are nearby. To reach the pier and the town centre, it takes about 10 minutes to stroll along the beach or the promenade.

Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Wie immer ein traumhafter Blick auf das Wasser...
Wir waren schon ein paar mal hier und genießen diesen Blick auf die Ostsee immer wieder auf `s Neue. Wir können und möchten diese Ferienwohnung gern weiter empfehlen.

Beste Lage

Ein Wochenende am Meer.
Hübsche Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand mit schönem Blick über die Ostsee.
Wir müssen unbedingt einmal für länger wiederkommen!

Gut aufgetankt!
Wir konnten in unserem spontanen Binz-Wochenende gut auftanken und dem Alltagsstress entfliehen. Beim Frühstück haben wir die tobende Ostsee lange beobachtet und konnten von der Villa aus Spaziergänge unternehmen. Das Haus hat eine ruhige und doch zentrale Lage.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und auch schon unter Kollegen weiter empfohlen.
