In the loggia with direct sea view is the living room with dining area, flat screen TV, radio and couch with sleeping function
Blackout curtains are available

In the second room you will find the sleeping area with double bed and the chic kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, 4-plate hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The bathroom has a shower and WC

The "Strandlust" holiday flat is located in Villa Agnes, which is in the historic part of the Binz beach promenade, directly on the white and fine sandy bathing beach of Binz. Good restaurants, the "Strandhalle" or "Nixe", very popular with locals and guests, are nearby. To reach the pier and the town centre, it takes about 10 minutes to stroll along the beach or the promenade.

As always, a dreamy view of the water...
We have been here a few times and always enjoy this view of the Baltic Sea over and over again. We can and would like to recommend this vacation rental.

Beste Lage
Villa and apartment are very well located. Despite being on the ground floor, we could still enjoy a nice view of the sea. We were able to relax very well. Thanks to all involved :-)
