The luxurious "little dream" for two in a prime beach location with lake view:
The "Seejuwel" is tastefully furnished.
The living/bedroom has a dining area in front of the window with a beautiful side sea view, a comfortable sitting area in the loggia, a double bed and a new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, etc. A Loewe flat screen TV, mini hi-fi system and a WIFI dishwasher are also included. A Loewe flat screen TV, mini HiFi system and W-LAN are also available. The loggia with the pretty historic wooden ornaments can be completely darkened by means of light protection curtains if required.
The bathroom has a real glass cubicle with rain shower, washstand, WC, hairdryer and - important for many guests - a window.
The holiday flat is on the 1st floor.

The Seejuwel holiday flat in Villa Agnes is located in the historic and quiet part of the Binz beach promenade, directly on the Baltic Sea beach in Binz. Good restaurants, the "Nixe" or the "Strandhalle", are nearby. You can walk to the pier and the town centre in about 10 minutes along the beach promenade or along the beach.

Dreamy days at the sea...
Perfect for freshly in love - wonderfully and lovingly decorated with lots of attention to detail! We felt immediately comfortable and around. We will gladly come back!
