In Florida, life mainly takes place outside. The large pool area as well as the terrace (covered with a screen) are south-west facing and offer wonderful sunsets with a view of the wide channel. Relax on the comfortable deck chairs or enjoy the sun on the 4 Adirondack chairs. The terrace is partially covered and provides the desired shade in high temperatures. A bench with a table is integrated into the pool, ideal for a cool cocktail in between. A wide staircase provides easy access to the larger-than-average pool. Barbecue lovers are also catered for
The pool, as well as the whirlpool, can of course be heated if required. The house has a very spacious boat dock with a tiki hat, ideal for anglers.
Villa Flamingo is fully equipped. You will find a living room overlooking the pool and canal, a modern open kitchen with dining table and another dining area for 6 people, 3 bright bedrooms with laminate floors and 2 fully equipped modernised bathrooms with double sinks.
The master suite with direct access to the terrace, walk-in dressing room, large bathroom with double sinks, bathtub and separate shower and toilet, offers plenty of storage space. A TV allows you to watch TV from your bed
Between the other two bedrooms is the 2nd bathroom. These bedrooms are also spacious. The 2nd bathroom has 2 washbasins and a large shower as well as a toilet.
The entire interior of Villa Flamingo is air-conditioned. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Our modern equipped luxury villa is located in the most exclusive residential area of Cape Coral (700 m from the marina) on one of the widest canals, 60 m wide. The villa faces southwest. Enjoy the fascinating sunsets while barbecuing or from the pool.
Pure holiday and relaxation!
You can easily reach the marina on foot, by bike or by car. Many athletes are on the bike paths of the Eldorado Pkwy early in the morning
Fresh bread in the morning is available at the nearest supermarket (public). Shopping facilities and restaurants are 5 minutes away.

simply awesome
The house had all amenities and was very well-maintained. The care provided by Mrs. Reuter was great. Our daughters were also thrilled with the house and the fantastic pool. We enjoyed the vacation and still look back on it fondly.
