Our 50 sqm 2-room apartment S02 Mehlschwalbe in half-timbered style offers our guests plenty of space to relax. The two large couches in permanent sleeper quality are very comfortable and can be converted into two additional sleeping accommodations in no time. Of course, there is also a modern flat-screen TV in the living room in case the weather does not play along. In the bedroom, a double bed with variable slatted frames awaits you. The fitted kitchen is well-maintained and furnished with all kinds of contemporary items, and you can sit comfortably at the dining table. In the bathroom you will find a shower/WC and a towel radiator.
During your holiday with us, you are welcome to use our outdoor facilities, the sunbathing and sunbathing lawns, and the garden and barbecue terrace to relax. For contact with the big wide world there is WLAN and for holiday planning there is a lot of information available in all our flats. During the summer months, insect screens ensure a good night's sleep. Each of our flats has a parking space and bicycles can be stored in our carport. Our flats are non-smoking and also suitable for people allergic to animal hair.
We await you for your island holiday between the national park, the beach and the seaside resorts. After your holiday with us, you will know that the island of Rügen is more than "just" the beach.

Our "swalfenhus" is a good location to get to know the whole island. The chalk cliff coast is almost on the doorstep, the nearest sandy beach is only a few minutes away by car and the seaside resort coast as well as Cape Arkona are easily accessible.

A few metres away from the Jasmund National Park, you can spend a relaxing holiday with us on the sunny island of Rügen and, of course, a sandy beach for swimming is only a few minutes away by car. Our village Nipmerow is enthroned on a "mountain" very close to Lohme and near the harbour town of Sassnitz in the north-east of the island of Rügen.

Der perfekte Ort der Erholung! Fernab vom Trubel der großen Seebäder findet man im Swalfenhus seine wohlverdiente Entspannung und Urlaubsruhe. Unweit von der Unterkunft befindet sich der Großparkplatz Hagen, von welchem man bequem mit dem Pendelbus zum Königsstuhl fahren kann. Oder man entscheidet sich für den romantischen und idyllischen Wanderweg durch den Nationalpark. Die nächsten großen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich in Sassnitz ( ca. 9 km Entfernung). Auf seine täglich frischen Frühstücksbrötchen muss man jedoch keinesfalls verzichten. Diese kann man bequem vom benachbarten Campingplatz beziehen. Zu unserer Überraschung ist vom Campingplatz keinerlei Lärm oder Menschenandrang zu erwarten. Hier findet man wirklich noch Ruhe auf dem sonst stark frequentierten Rügen.
Wir haben von Nipmerow aus bereits den Großteil der Insel erkunden können und kommen gerne jedes Jahr aufs Neue nach Nipmerow - nicht zuletzt wegen der herzlichen Begrüßung der Eigentümerin, welche jede noch so kleine Frage mit Freude beantwortet. Hier wird noch mit Herzblut gearbeitet. Auch auf die Gefahr hin, dass die Unterkunft noch schneller ausgebucht sein wird: eine klare Empfehlung!

Fototour über Rügen
Leider war die Zeit viel zu schnell rum. Die Fototour hat sich gelohnt (Kraniche, Kreideküste, Sonnenuntergänge) und irgendwie hätten wir viiiel mehr Zeit gebraucht. In der Wohnung haben wir uns wohl gefühlt, das hat gepasst. Und wir kommen wieder.
