Description
Our spacious 3-room holiday apartment Rauchschwalbe offers 70 sqm of space, providing enough room for 4 guests to relax. The half-timbered design runs through all living areas and gives the apartment its unique, rustic charm. The large sofa set invites you to relax together, while the flat-screen TV is ready for cozy movie nights.
From the living room, you can access the roof terrace, where you can unwind during the warmer months. In good weather, you can even enjoy a sea view here through the green of the trees. The two bedrooms have double beds with flexible slatted frames, while the spacious living kitchen with fitted kitchen and dining area invites you to eat together.
A bathtub is also available for you to relax.
The lovingly reconstructed "swalfenhus" near Lohme/Sassnitz is located directly at the Jasmund National Park with its impressive chalk cliff coast. The original half-timbering still shapes the charm of our holiday apartments today.
During your vacation with us, you can use our outdoor areas with sunbathing lawns as well as the garden and barbecue terrace for relaxation.
To stay connected with the big wide world, Wi-Fi is available, and on our website with the blog “Rügentipps” you’ll find plenty of information for planning your holiday.
Insect screens ensure an undisturbed sleep during the summer months. Each apartment has an assigned parking space, and bicycles can be stored in our carport.
Our apartments are non-smoking and also suitable for people with pet hair allergies.

Our "swalfenhus" is a good location to get to know the whole island. The chalk cliff coast is almost on the doorstep, the nearest sandy beach is only a few minutes away by car and the seaside resort coast as well as Cape Arkona are easily accessible.

A few metres from the Jasmund National Park, you can spend a relaxing holiday with us on the sunny island of Rügen and, of course, a sandy beach for swimming is only a few minutes away by car. Our village Nipmerow is enthroned on a "mountain" very close to Lohme and near the harbour town of Sassnitz in the north-east of the island of Rügen.

New Year's holiday
Celebrating New Year's Eve in a completely different way with friends, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was nice. Quiet location, friendly landlords. Everything as it should be.

A huge apartment all to myself, at the super off-season prices, no problem. Totally quiet location and yet nice and central. The Königsstuhl is within walking distance.
