Description
Our cosy Studio Schwalbennest (S01) is ideal for single travellers or couples. Small but nice, that is the motto here and so the furnishings naturally include comfortable large couches to relax on. The bathroom has a large shower/WC and a towel radiator. The fitted kitchen is well-maintained and furnished with all kinds of contemporary items, and you can sit comfortably at the dining table for two.
During your holiday with us, you are welcome to use our outdoor facilities, the sunbathing and sunbathing lawns, and the garden and barbecue terrace to relax. For contact with the big wide world there is WLAN and for holiday planning there is a lot of information available in all our flats. During the summer months, insect screens ensure a good night's sleep. Each of our flats has a parking space and bicycles can be stored in our carport. Our flats are non-smoking and also suitable for people allergic to animal hair.
Only a few metres away from the Jasmund National Park you can spend a relaxing holiday on the sunny island of Rügen and a sandy beach for swimming is only a few minutes away by car. Our village Nipmerow is enthroned on a "mountain" very close to Lohme and near the harbour town of Sassnitz in the north-east of the island of Rügen.

Our "swalfenhus" is a good location to get to know the whole island. The chalk cliff coast is almost on the doorstep, the nearest sandy beach is only a few minutes away by car and the seaside resort coast as well as Cape Arkona are easily accessible.

Beautiful, exactly as described
The holiday flat was great. The interior was as described on the website. Everything was clean and tidy. The contactless key transfer worked very well. The village of Nipmerow is a little above Lohme and was a good starting point for us to explore the island. We could get our bread rolls at the campsite opposite. Although all the flats in the house were occupied, it was very quiet. We like to come here again.

We decided on short notice to go to the Baltic Sea this year and unfortunately our usual room was not available. So we had to find something new, and that is not so easy. At first, the bathroom caught our attention. And lo and behold, the rest of the place is also very nice and well-designed. In a rural location, away from the mainstream - perfect for us.

Silvesterurlaub
Silvester mit Freunden und möglichst nicht zu Hause feiern, das war unser Wunsch. Und dafür war es hier genau perfekt. Jeder hatte seine Wohnung und trotzdem waren wir nah bei einander. Und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Silester selber sind wir nachmittags mit unseren Kindern nach Binz zum Seebrückenfeuerwerk. Das war richtig toll und eine schöne Stimmung. Mitternacht sind wir nicht los und hatten mit unseren Freunden und Kindern einen prima Jahreswechsel.

Vielen Dank

Eine sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Die freundlichen Vermieter waren immer vor Ort und standen uns bei Bedarf immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Urlaub zu zweit
Perfekt für den schmalen Geldbeutel - oder für alle, die eh den ganzen tag unterwegs sein möchten, so wie wir. Frühstück auf der Sonnenterrasse, WLAN, Parkplatz, das Studio hübsch eingerichtet. Dank an die Vermieterin.
