Description
Our 65 sqm 2-room apartment Seeschwalbe (S05) offers not only plenty of space but also a sea view. The beautiful half-timbering has been wonderfully integrated into the room design. The really large eat-in kitchen with the dining table offers plenty of space for eating and cooking. The two comfortable couches in permanent sleeper quality in the living room invite you to cosy evenings. Of course, there is also a modern flat-screen TV here in case the weather doesn't play along. The bedroom is spacious and accommodates a large double bed. The daylight bathroom has a bathtub-shower/WC and a towel radiator.
During your holiday with us, you are welcome to use our outdoor facilities, the sunbathing and sunbathing lawns, and the garden and barbecue terrace to relax. For contact with the big wide world there is WLAN and for holiday planning there is a lot of information available in all our flats. During the summer months, insect screens ensure a good night's sleep. Each of our flats has a parking space and bicycles can be stored in our carport. Our flats are non-smoking and also suitable for people allergic to animal hair.
We await you for your island holiday between the national park, the beach and the seaside resorts. After your holiday with us, you will know that the island of Rügen is more than "just" the beach.

Our "swalfenhus" is a good location to get to know the whole island. The chalk cliff coast is almost on the doorstep, the nearest sandy beach is only a few minutes away by car and the seaside resort coast as well as Cape Arkona are easily accessible.

A few metres away from the Jasmund National Park, you can spend a relaxing holiday with us on the sunny island of Rügen and, of course, a sandy beach for swimming is only a few minutes away by car. Our village Nipmerow is enthroned on a "mountain" very close to Lohme and near the harbour town of Sassnitz in the north-east of the island of Rügen.

Eine gute Wahl
Kurzentschlossen habe wir uns an den Weg ans Meer gemacht und sind in dieser Super süßen Wohnung gelandet. Allein das Bad ist der Hammer! In der Küche gibts sogar ein Bullauge. Meine Empfehlung!

Always a pleasure
Finally, I was able to go back to the sea, or rather the Baltic Sea. Back to my regular accommodation, where a lot has changed since my last vacation. New couches, for example. It's always nice to see that they are happy to invest in the guests here. The next vacation in September is booked.

Gelungener Silvesterurlaub...
Wir waren 3 Familien mit je 2 Kindern im Alter von 1 bis 13.
Die Lage ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Man kann mit dem Auto alles gut erreichen oder auch zu Fuß durch die schöne Natur spazieren.
Die Wohnung war sauber und für 4 Personen schön geräumig. Wir haben uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfekte Weihnachten am Meer
Wir hatten uns vorher schlau gemacht, wie das über die Feiertage und dazwischen mit dem nahverkehr und den Läden so vor Ort ist. Und damit war es dann perfekt. Nette Vermieterin, sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Für uns perfekt.

Ideal for those seeking peace and quiet
The flat is almost a bit too big, but I like being here. And I love the view from the window over the Baltic Sea. When the weather is ideal, I like to start my tours by bike, and when there is a bit more wind, I walk. I prefer to leave the car here, except for shopping. A clear recommendation for this flat from me.

Immer wieder gern
Ich empfehle hier meinen Wohlfühlort. Hier ist Rügen tatsächlich noch ursprünglich und es wird nicht an jeder Ecke gebaut. Der Nationalpark beginnt auf der anderen Straßenseite und man ist wirklich weitab von jedem Trubel. Die Wohnung selbst kann ich nur empfehlen. Daumen hoch.

Rapsblüte auf Rügen
Einen Dank an unsere Vermieterin für die vielen Infos vorab, so dass wir genau zur richtigen Zeit (Rapsblüte) auf Rügen sein konnten. Das Haus liegt zentral, ist sehr gut erreichbar und trotzdem war es geradezu himmlisch ruhig.
