Description
From our spacious 3-room apartment Uferschwalbe (S03) you actually have a sea view. And that means that you can fall asleep in one of the two bedrooms with a view of the sea and wake up again. The flat has a rustic but modern feel due to the furniture and the beautiful half-timbering. You can relax comfortably on the cosy couch set while watching TV or playing games, for which a modern flat-screen TV is available. The large fitted kitchen with dishwasher is equipped with all kinds of things and is well complemented by a nice sitting area with a large dining table and comfortable chairs. The bedrooms each have 2 large double beds with flexible slatted frames, and in the bathroom you will find a towel radiator in addition to the shower/WC.
During your holiday with us, you are welcome to use our outdoor facilities, the sunbathing and sunbathing lawns, and the garden and barbecue terrace to relax. For contact with the big wide world there is WLAN and for holiday planning there is a lot of information available in all our flats. During the summer months, insect screens ensure a good night's sleep. Each of our flats has a parking space and bicycles can be stored in our carport. Our flats are non-smoking and also suitable for people allergic to animal hair.
We await you for your island holiday between the national park, the beach and the seaside resorts. After your holiday with us, you will know that the island of Rügen is more than "just" the beach.

Location and surroundings of object
Our "swalfenhus" is a good location to get to know the whole island. The chalk cliff coast is almost on the doorstep, the nearest sandy beach is only a few minutes away by car and the seaside resort coast as well as Cape Arkona are easily accessible.

A few metres away from the Jasmund National Park, you can spend a relaxing holiday with us on the sunny island of Rügen and, of course, a sandy beach for swimming is only a few minutes away by car. Our village Nipmerow is enthroned on a "mountain" very close to Lohme and near the harbour town of Sassnitz in the north-east of the island of Rügen.

Traditionally, I go to the south of the island every year - luckily, my usual cottage was no longer available and so I found this apartment here. And I'm thrilled! The tranquility, the location, the terraces, and the apartment itself. And the landlady also gave me great tips for planning my vacation. So, my recommendation and I will come back.

Schöne Wohnung, sehr ruhig
