Description
The 2-room holiday apartment "Seeschwalbe" offers around 65 sqm of space for up to four people. The view of the Baltic Sea and the visible half-timbering shape the character of the apartment.
The spacious living kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen and a dining table and offers ample space for shared meals.
In the living area, there are two sofas of permanent sleeper quality, which can be converted into beds if needed. A flat-screen TV is available. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The daylight bathroom features a combination of bathtub and shower, a toilet, and a towel radiator.
The "Swalfenhus" is located near Lohme and Sassnitz, directly by Jasmund National Park with its chalk cliffs. The timber framing is a defining element of the house and the apartments.
The property includes a sunbathing lawn as well as a garden and barbecue terrace, which can be used. WLAN is available, as well as further information about the area in the blog “Rügentipps”.
Insect screens are provided during the summer months. A parking space belongs to the apartment, bicycles can be stored in the carport.
The apartments are non-smoking accommodations and also suitable for guests with pet hair allergies. On-site support is provided, and the facilities are regularly maintained.

The “Swalfenhus” is located in a natural setting and is a starting point for discovering the diverse landscape of the island of Rügen. The Jasmund National Park with its famous chalk cliffs, ancient beech forests, and beautiful views is in the immediate vicinity and invites you to extensive hikes and nature experiences. Just a few minutes away by car is the Schaabe with a 9 km long fine sandy beach, inviting you to enjoy beautiful hours by the sea, long walks, or swimming trips. The well-known seaside resorts of the island with their typical resort architecture, piers, and promenades are also easily accessible and offer a variety of excursion options.
The small village of Nipmerow is situated on a hill above Lohme and not far from the port city of Sassnitz. From here, there are numerous opportunities for activities in the surrounding area – whether hikes along the cliffs, bike tours through the varied landscape, or excursions to the island’s most famous sights such as Cape Arkona or the chalk cliffs.
The region stands for tranquility and authenticity with a wide range of leisure activities. Nature lovers will find happiness here just as much as active vacationers or those seeking relaxation. A few metres away from the Jasmund National Park, you can spend a relaxing holiday with us on the sunny island of Rügen and, of course, a sandy beach for swimming is only a few minutes away by car. Our village Nipmerow is enthroned on a "mountain" very close to Lohme and near the harbour town of Sassnitz in the north-east of the island of Rügen.

A good choice
Decisively, we set out on the path to the sea and ended up in this super cute apartment. The bathroom alone is amazing! There's even a porthole in the kitchen. My recommendation!

Always a pleasure
Finally, I was able to go back to the sea, or rather the Baltic Sea. Back to my regular accommodation, where a lot has changed since my last vacation. New couches, for example. It's always nice to see that they are happy to invest in the guests here. The next vacation in September is booked.

Successful New Year's holiday...
We were 3 families, each with 2 children aged 1 to 13.
The location is a perfect starting point for excursions. You can easily reach everything by car or take a walk through the beautiful nature.
The apartment was clean and spacious for 4 people. We felt very comfortable as always.
