Enjoy your holiday in the best, quiet beach location with sea view from the historic loggia:
The large living room is equipped with flat screen TV, radio, couch with sleeping function and fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, 4-plate ceramic hob, microwave with grill function, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery etc.). The living room is extended by a loggia with historic carvings. Here you will find the dining area with a fantastic, lateral view of the Baltic Sea. The pretty bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and a large double bed (2x2m). The pretty new bathroom (renovated in February 2018) offers you a shower and WC.
Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge.
The holiday flat is located on the mezzanine floor.
A parking space is reserved for you directly at the house.
You can use a beach chair free of charge from May to September.

The "Meersgruß" holiday flat is located in Villa Agnes, in the historic part of the Binz beach promenade, directly on the fine sandy and white bathing beach of Binz. Many good restaurants, including the "Strandhalle", which is very popular because of its excellent cuisine, are nearby. To the town centre and the pier, you can stroll along the beach or the beach promenade for about 10 minutes.

Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Beach and sea very close
These were wonderful days that we spent here in the old Villa Agnes and in this beautiful apartment. One could feel a little bit of the flair of the "summer freshness" here. We highly recommend Villa Agnes and the vacation apartment Meeresgruß. :-)

Für uns Zwei bestens. Fewo gut geschnitten, schön hell und sauber. Tolle hohe Räume - eben echt historisch! Meerblick beim Frühstück hat was! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
