This beautiful, very well-maintained 1.5-room holiday flat will inspire you:
In the large living/bedroom with kitchenette there is a comfortable double bed, a reading chair and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, 2-plate hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster and kettle
The enclosed loggia with a beautiful sea view is furnished as a living area with flat screen TV, radio with CD player, dining area and couch
If required, an extra bed for 1 person can be placed on the couch
The holiday flat offers space for max. 2 adults and one child
Parking space at the house and WLAN are already included in the price
The flat is located on the mezzanine floor.
A beach chair on the beach is available free of charge from May to September.

The "Elisabethblick" holiday flat is located in the Villa Agnes and is situated in the authentic, historic part of the Binz beach promenade, directly on the white and fine sandy bathing beach in Binz. Good restaurants, the "Strandhalle", are nearby. To the town centre and the pier, it takes about 10 minutes to stroll along the beach or the promenade.

a great view
The villa is located at the "end of the street", away from the hustle and bustle, with a clear view of the water and just a few steps away from the action. Each apartment has its designated parking space in the courtyard - a great advantage in Binz. The apartment is very well-maintained and well-equipped with a touch of maritime decor.

Sommerurlaub
After almost 2 years of a "holiday forced break," we were finally able to spend our summer vacation in Binz. We enjoyed the time very much, recharged our batteries, did a lot, and still haven't seen everything on the beautiful island. We felt completely at ease.
