Enjoy your holiday in the best, quiet beach location with sea view from the historic loggia:
The large living room is equipped with flat screen TV, radio, couch with sleeping function and fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, 4-plate ceramic hob, microwave with grill function, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery etc.). The living room is extended by a loggia with historic carvings. Here you will find the dining area with a fantastic, lateral view of the Baltic Sea. The pretty bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and a large double bed (2x2m). The pretty new bathroom (renovated in February 2018) offers you a shower and WC.
Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge.
The holiday flat is located on the mezzanine floor.
A parking space is reserved for you directly at the house.
You can use a beach chair free of charge from May to September.

The "Meersgruß" holiday flat is located in Villa Agnes, in the historic part of the Binz beach promenade, directly on the fine sandy and white bathing beach of Binz. Many good restaurants, including the "Strandhalle", which is very popular because of its excellent cuisine, are nearby. To the town centre and the pier, you can stroll along the beach or the beach promenade for about 10 minutes.
