The Holiday home

The Spanish-style fully air-conditioned villa (about 90 m²) with its own kidney-shaped pool (about 9 m), mountain and sea views, is very quiet between palm trees, cactus, hibiscus, oleander, fig, lemon and orange trees ( Size approx. 800 m²). The beach is about 5 minutes, the nearest supermarket 300 meters. The house is detached (not in a resort). Nearby restaurant 200 m. The living and dining room is semi-circular with a decorative stove, satellite TV (4K), Wi-Fi. The kitchen with kitchen counter and bar stools was completely renewed in 2017.
The house is fully air conditioned (both bedrooms, living, dining and kitchen can be cooled in summer and heated in winter.
From the semi-circular, glazed and also air-conditioned terrace you have a magnificent view of the sea and Penon de Ifach (landmark of Calpe, rock that protrudes from the sea). The house has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet (separated from the bathroom), parking space.

Living and dining room (half round), fully air-conditioned
It consists of a living and dining area. The living area is fully air conditioned (hot / cold). It includes a decorative gas stove with open fire (behind glass), a UHD flat screen TV (4K) with satellite connection, and a kitchen counter with bar stools. Worth mentioning is still the star-shaped wooden beam ceiling.

kitchen
It is new and equipped with all necessary modern furnishings and kitchen appliances such as induction box, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee and espresso machine, fridge freezer, etc. All doors and drawers close by "samrt-touch".

2 bedrooms
Both bedrooms are also fully air conditioned and have a double bed and fitted wardrobes. One bedroom has a small safe and access to the terrace. Bedroom 2 is overlooking the pool. A total of 4 beds (2 double beds) are available.

Bathroom - WC
In the bathroom are: shower (fixed walls and sliding doors, not just a curtain!), Bidet, sink and washing machine.
The toilet with wash hand basin is separate from the bathroom and is located between the two bedrooms; these are not "wall to wall".

Terrace (half round)
The terrace is integrated in the house, glazed and also fully air conditioned; This will give you another, the most used room with sitting area and sea view. The terrace has separate access to one of the bedrooms and the living room and a hatch to the kitchen.

cultivation
It is available for accommodation of air mattress etc. In it are also the beach chairs and some beach and children's games.

pool
The pool is about 9 m long, kidney-shaped, with its own shower and a Roman staircase (not just a ladder!). At the pool is a barbecue (brick) with its own sitting area. The pool care is carried out by an electrolysis system, ie for the pool care only the natural product salt is used and no chemical and polluting chlorine products. Due to the slightly salty water, the pool is the healthiest way to swim. The salinity in the pool is only (for comparison: the human eye , seawater ). By electrolysis, the pool water is additionally enriched with oxygen. It is therefore soft and silky, refreshing and invigorating. It is also very pleasant for the skin, the eyes and the hair. Chlorine allergies are a thing of the past. This procedure is recommended by doctors and naturopaths. The pool is maintained weekly by a professional pool company twice a week during peak season.

The house is located in the urbanization Ricarlos above the salt lake overlooking the Penon de Ifach and the sea. The distance to the beach is about 3 minutes by car; on foot about 800 m.
The nearest supermarket "Ortenbach" is about 300 m, 200 m to the nearest restaurant.
Throughout the house is Wi-Fi.

electricity and water
Electricity (-, 30 € / kwh) and water (3 € / m³) will be charged according to consumption. The billing will be charged with the deposit. (With normal consumption about 30 - 40 € / week).

In the immediate vicinity are the supermarkets: Ortenbach (about 300 m, LIDL, and ALDI.) Typically Spanish is the supermarket Mercadona and Consum.
Within easy reach is the pizzeria "Piazza Di Spagna" and the restaurant "El Torro". In Calpe is a steakhouse, next to the "brewery". For football fans: German Sky is available in the small pub across from the 27-storey hotel on Av. Europe. This (highest) hotel has on the top floor also a great viewing platform with a café. The old town (above the main street "Gabriel Miro" is very worth seeing and has great the Levantestrand is the restaurant "Spasso" (price / performance ratio) with great views over the sea to recommend.

Wunderschönes Haus im spanischen Stil

Neue Küche, alle nötigen Geräte vorhanden. Sehr grosser Wintergarten mit Blick aufs Meer, wunderbar zum Verweilen bei kühlem Wetter. Im Wohnzimmer ein Gas-Cheminèe, das am Abend wohlige Wärme und gemütliches Ambiente verleiht. Im ganzen Haus neue Türen und Fenster mit Doppelverglasung, die besonders im Winter für bessere Wärmeisolierung sorgen. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgerüstet. Auch der Garten ist schön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Am nierenförmigen Pool kann man unbeschwert die Seele baumeln lassen. Auch unsere Hündin Lulu hatte im Garten genug Auslauf. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, 20 Gehminuten vom Strand und den Einkaufsläden entfernt. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr freundlicher Ansprechpartner und löst kleinere Probleme umgehend. Während unserem Aufenthalt fegte der Sturm Gloria über Calpe. Herr Engel liess die Schäden am Haus sofort beheben. Danke! Wir haben eine unbeschwerte 4-monatige Winterzeit in dem gemütlichen Haus verbracht, bis uns die Corona-Pandemie zu einer vorzeitigen Abreise gezwungen hat. Trotz allem freuen wir uns schon jetzt auf ein Wiederkommen!

Das Haus ist sehr gut möbliert und ausgestattet, vor allem die neue Küche ist super.
Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Der Wintergarten ist um diese Jahreszeit goldwert, da er den ganzen Tag Sonne hat.
Auch das Grundstück ist sehr schön angelegt.
Die 3 Wochen Aufenthalt waren leider viel zu schnell vorbei!
