Villa Fiorida has a large private pool (9 x 4.5 m) and can accommodate up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms
From the house and the terraces you have a magnificent sea view of the bay of Calpe and the Penon d'Ifach. On one level there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the large living room with fireplace, the dining room and the separate kitchen. Then downstairs there is the studio with double bed and private bathroom. All rooms are modern and individually furnished, bright and airy. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and the very well equipped kitchen add to the comfort. Very nice is the large terrace with wonderful sea view and the Mediterranean garden. The pool is popular with big and small water rats, there are sun loungers and also shady spots under palm trees. Villa Fiorida has 2 parking spaces on the property.

The villa is located in a quiet villa area. To the city center of Calpe is 2.2 km walk. To the beach Playa del Arenal-Bol is 2.5 km walk. In the neighborhood are other private houses with their gardens. At the end of the street begins the nature reserve with many beautiful hiking opportunities. Calpe is known for its beautiful sandy beaches and the two long promenades.

Cancellation terms:
The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. If the cancellation is made up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 25% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the cancellation fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of leniency arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversion, etc.), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus services not utilized, unless these are included in the daily or weekly price as per the price list. The guest is always free – even when calculating the standardized cancellation compensation – to prove that a loss did not occur or did not occur in the amount calculated.

Great holiday home with stunning sea views
The establishment is very tastefully decorated and there is nothing missing in the kitchen. Everything is very clean! The key handover worked smoothly.
The pool is also very nice (bigger than expected from the photos).
You can walk to the city and the beach. The way back is a bit difficult because the last part is very steep. But otherwise, you probably don't have this fabulous sea view! When we went out to eat in the evening, we had a taxi take us back.
We will definitely come back!
