beautiful holiday home for sole use with private pool, at the salt lakes in Calpe
Beautiful holiday home in Calpe for non-smokers, comfortably furnished with private pool, on an approx. 900 sqm large, enclosed plot in a beautiful location, behind the salt lake with its birdlife worth watching and only 1,000 metres from the sandy beach. The 9 x 4 metre pool has Roman steps for easy access. Sun loungers and a seating area, a portable barbecue and a shady papillon are at your disposal.
The sandy beach is only about 1,000 metres away, and the centre of Calpe is about 2 km away. The nearest supermarket is 300 metres away. Parking facilities and a garage are available within the property. It is not allowed to bring pets or to smoke in the house.
The well-kept holiday home has a living space of 100 sqm. You will find a spacious living/dining room with air conditioning (hot/cold), fireplace and digital satellite TV with German channels. An internet connection (WLAN) is also available free of charge.
Through the patio door you can access the covered veranda with garden furniture and a view of the surrounding area.
Comfortably equipped kitchen (cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
The sleeping area of the house is divided into 3 bedrooms (two of them furnished with French bed and one with a single bed and a bunk bed), the master bedroom and the bedroom with bunk bed have air conditioning (hot/cold), a bathroom with bath and WC, a bathroom with shower and WC. There are fly screens on the windows of the bedrooms.
