The sunny pool terrace, equipped with garden furniture and loungers, adjoins the 8 x 4 m private pool, which has been fitted with Roman steps for convenient entry and exit. An outdoor shower and an outdoor grill are available here. Parking is available on the property. Tennis courts (free use!) with bar and restaurant are approx. 300 m away. It is 2 km to the supermarket and other restaurants, the large beaches and the center of Calpe are 5 km away. The sandy beach La Fustera is only meters away.
The bright and friendly furnished holiday home has a living area of 90 sqm. It is divided into a spacious living-dining room with SAT-TV, air conditioning, open fireplace and access to a covered, partially glazed terrace. The well-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, and coffee machine. In a storage room, a washing machine and a dryer are available for you. For the cooler season, the house also has central heating. A safe is also available.
One of the two double bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and has a terrace exit that leads directly to the pool area. The second double bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. A bathroom with shower and toilet as well as another bathroom with a bathtub and toilet are available for you. ********************************************************************************************

We found a super holiday home!
As this was our first time renting such a holiday home, we were of course very curious
We found a super holiday home! Tastefully furnished. The garden is very well maintained and beautiful to look at. The best thing for us was that we could jump into the large pool directly from our bedroom. The beds even had very good, high mattresses. Therefore, the sleep was also very restful.
Our on-site supervisor was very friendly and helpful.
Conclusion: Our holiday was so great that we have already booked our next holiday with Mrs Eckert for next year!
