This house enchants you with wonderful, wide sea views from the landmark of the Costa Blanca, the Peñon de Ifach to the Cap of Moraira- An almost tropical palm garden, laid out in terraces, surrounds the house from all sides. The 10 m x 5 m pool with diving board (at this point 2.70 m deep) and the brick barbecue leave nothing to be desired. You can access the property via a private lift through a small citrus garden or via steps, past the owners house which is also on the property. The house has 2 floors; upstairs you have two bedrooms, living room with american kitchen and a spacious balcony terrace.
