Description

This luxury villa is located on a hill and is south-west facing, so always plenty of sunshine and a beautiful sunset in the evening. the house is divided into 2 entities. The upper part, Casa Emro, has a large living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 bathrooms. In the main bedroom a bed can be added so that there is room for five people. There is also a spacious terrace with a roof and enough umbrellas to provide shade. The swimming pool with phenomenal views of the mountains of Olta and Bernia is also located on this floor. There is also an outdoor shower.

On the ground floor is Casa Si, a flat with living room and kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom with shower. An extra bed can be added in the living room, so there is room for three people here. Here you will also find a large terrace with barbecue and the Mediterranean garden with shaded areas and seating areas with magnificent views.

There is also a garage for storing bicycles and two parking spaces within the domain. Complete privacy, no overlooking by neighbours. Quietly situated in a residential area.

In high season, the two flats are not rented separately so you have complete privacy. From September until June, Casa Emro and Casa Si can be rented separately. Each flat has its own entrance and terrace, so privacy is guaranteed. Ask for the different rental prices for both flats. Casa Si can also be rented for the longer term. Also here the prices are on request.

The house is situated near the beaches of Calpe and La Fustera, Benissa. Given the location a car or scooter is necessary.

We can arrange the transfer from and to the airport for you, as well as possibly the rent of a car.

The villa is south-west facing and situated on a hill in the residential area of La Cometa in Calpe, 2.4 kilometres from the nearest beach Playa la Fustera in Benissa, 2.5 kilometres from the supermarket and 4 kilometres from the centre of Calpe. The nearest restaurant can be reached on foot and is 600 m away.
ALicante airport is 45 minutes' drive away and Valencia airport 1 hour 15 minutes.

  • You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
