Welcome to our beautiful, luxurious villa situated on a hill with a fantastic southwest exposure! Enjoy **sunshine** and breathtaking sunsets in the evening.
The villa offers two separate living units, ideal for families or groups who travel together but also value their own space:
### **Upper floor:**
- Spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen.
- **Two bedrooms with king-size beds** and their own bathrooms. - In the master bedroom, an additional bed can be placed, allowing space for up to **five persons**.
- A large, covered terrace with enough umbrellas invites you to relax.
- The **swimming pool** with a phenomenal view of the Olta and Bernia mountains, and a convenient outdoor shower are also on this floor.
### **Ground floor:**
- Cozy living room and practical kitchen.
- **One bedroom and one bathroom** with shower. - A additional bed can be placed in the living room, so there is space for **three people**.
- A large terrace with barbecue and access to the **Mediterranean garden**, which offers shady places and cozy seating areas with fantastic views.
### **Unique location for peace and nature**
The villa is located in a **quiet residential area** with lots of privacy – no neighbors who can see in. Start directly outside the door for scenic hikes or bike rides on charming country roads.
- Within walking distance, you will find two restaurants: the Spanish **Café Cometa** and **Bar Aleman**, which caters to German guests.
- The beaches of Calpe and La Fustera in Benissa are just a few minutes' drive away.

Dream vacation in Calpe
What a wonderful place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Clean, cozy, perfectly located, breathtaking view, stylish, all comforts present, and a lovely bed. It is the ideal base to explore the region. From blessed walks (Bernia, Penon d'Ifach, the coastline) to spicy bike rides to relax afterward with a "Jarre de Sangria" by the pool or enjoy a cozy terrace or restaurant at one of the many top spots that Calpe has to offer. The location is excellent: quiet, yet close to shops, the beach, and the charming center of Calpe. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available and with great tips on what to do in the area. In short: the finca is a recommendation for those looking for peace, comfort, and a touch of luxury on the Costa Blanca. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding!
What a wonderful relaxing holiday in a beautiful villa with breathtaking views! It was so nice to stay here: nice and fresh inside, sunshine all day outside by the blissful pool, but also with plenty of shade. We were in a very well-maintained villa, well-equipped, with a lot of privacy. This villa is just a few kilometers from the bustling Calpe. You can also find some nice restaurants on foot or, for example, start a walk in nature. We will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

Beautiful holiday home with stunning views
We recently stayed at Casa Emrosi for the first time and we really enjoyed it. The house is fully and tastefully furnished and equipped with all conveniences. From the terrace, there is a stunning view over the valley. Unfortunately, in the winter when we stayed there, the sun only comes late into the garden, which means there is a large part of the day in the shade. The garden is completely fenced and well secured. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby to visit. The recommendation of bar Aleman was certainly worth it. The other bar within walking distance was unfortunately closed due to the Christmas holiday. Communication with both the owner Karien and the local contact person Yannick was very pleasant. In the meantime, we have already booked again for the end of the year. We can recommend Casa Emrosi to everyone.

This magnificent villa is a perfectly located holiday home if you wish to have plenty of beach options while staying out of city busyness.
Quite location, good acccessbilty by a car.
The villa itself is very big, plenty of space to park a car. Big and very well equipped kitchen. Very nice and large swimming pool, not heated, but in the hot September you don't need that.
The host is very responsive and will always suggest the best options for you to attend to.
A very nice local restaurant just minutes away on foot.
Dogs welcomed, fully fenced garden.
Baby crib and high chair is available, as are children toys.

Wat een heerlijke plek! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons meteen thuis. Clean, gezellig, perfect gelegen, adembenemend uitzicht, stijlvol, alle comfort aanwezig en een heerlijk bed. Het is de ideale uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen. Van zalige wandelingen (Bernia, Penon d'Ifach, de kustllijn) tot pittige fietstochten om achteraf te ontspannen met een "Jarre de Sangria" aan het zwembad of een gezellig terrasje of restaurant te doen in een van de vele topadresjes die Calpe te bieden heeft. De ligging is top: rustig, maar toch dichtbij winkels, strand en het charmante centrum van Calpe. De gastheer en -vrouw waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, altijd bereikbaar en met fijne tips over wat te doen in de omgeving. Kortom: de finca is een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar rust, comfort en een vleugje luxe aan de Costa Blanca. Wij komen alvast zéker terug!

Was für ein wunderbarer Erholungsurlaub in einer wunderschönen Villa mit atemberaubender Aussicht! Es war so schön, hier zu bleiben: schön und frisch drinnen, den ganzen Tag Sonne draußen am glückseligen Pool, aber auch mit viel Schatten. Wir waren in einer sehr gepflegten Villa, gut ausgestattet, mit viel Privatsphäre. Diese Villa befindet sich nur wenige Kilometer vom geschäftigen Calpe entfernt. Du kannst aber auch zu Fuß einige nette Restaurants finden oder zum Beispiel einen Spaziergang in der Natur starten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wij zijn onlangs voor de eerste keer in Casa Emrosi verbleven en dat is ons erg goed bevallen. De woning is compleet en smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Vanaf het terras heeft men een schitterend uitzicht over de vallei. Helaas komt in de winter toen wij er verbleven de zon pas laat in de tuin waardoor er een groot gedeelte van de dag schaduw is. De tuin is volledig omheind en goed afgesloten. In de buurt zijn er voldoende goede restaurants en bars om naar toe te gaan. De aanbeveling van bar Aleman was zeker de moeite waard. De andere bar op loopafstand was wegens de kerstvakantie helaas gesloten. De communicatie met zowel de eigenaresse Karien als de contactpersoon ter plaatse Yannick verliep erg prettig. Inmiddels hebben wij alweer geboekt voor het einde van het jaar. Wij kunnen iedereen Casa Emrosi aanbevelen.

De woning is ideaal gelegen, er is alle privacy en toch sta je binnen 5 minuutjes in de stad en het strand. Vlakbij zijn mooie dorpjes en leuke wandelingen te doen.
Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Alle luxe en mogelijkheden. Een echte aanrader!

Onze vakantie in Casa Emrosi was absoluut fantastisch! De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep vlekkeloos, wat onze reisplanning enorm vergemakkelijkte. Bij aankomst werden we verrast door het prachtig schone huis, dat ons totale privacy bood tijdens ons verblijf. Het terras met de patio en het verfrissende zwembad boden de perfecte setting om te ontspannen en te genieten van het adembenemende panorama. Bovendien was Casa Emrosi een prima vertrekpunt om de omgeving te verkennen met wandel- en fietsroutes die voor de deur beginnen. De prachtige natuur, bergen en strand liggen allemaal binnen handbereik, waardoor we elke dag nieuwe avonturen konden beleven. Op slechts 4 km afstand vonden we een drukker strand en het centrum met gezellige winkels, restaurants en bars. Kortom, Casa Emrosi bood ons de ideale mix van rust en activiteit, waardoor onze vakantie onvergetelijk werd!"

Wij zijn warm ontvangen in Casa Emrosi !
De villa ligt op een heerlijke rustige, vol privacy locatie en toch dicht bij het centrum, restaurants, strand en hoofdwegen. Vooral het prachtige uitzicht hebben we van genoten, het was eindeloos.
Alle comfort wat aanwezig moet zijn is ook allemaal aanwezig, er is ons niets te kort gekomen.
De villa is ook heel ruim, zowel de slaapkamers, badkamers, keuken, woonkamer en rond het zwembad, alsook de tuin niet te vergeten!
Als we vragen hadden, konden we steeds terecht en werden we ook zo snel mogelijk geholpen.
Ik zou zeggen tot slot "Casa Emrosi is zeker prijs/kwaliteit waardig" !!!
We hebben een vakantie gehad om nooit te vergeten en we komen zeker terug!

Heerlijk en gezellig huis in een rustige buitenwijk van Calpe. Het uitzicht over het dal is prachtig.
Karien reageert snel op email of whatsapp. Ter plaatse is Yannick altijd bereikbaar voor vragen of problemen.
Wij komen hier zeker nog terug.

Onze ervaring in dit vakantiehuis in Calpe was ronduit geweldig! Vanaf het moment dat we boekten, was de verhuurder ontzettend responsief en behulpzaam. Karien beantwoordde al onze vragen snel en zorgde ervoor dat we ons meteen welkom voelden. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk verwelkomd door de sleutelbeheerder Yannick (NL) , die ons rondleidde en ervoor zorgde dat we alles hadden wat we nodig hadden voor een comfortabel verblijf. We komen zeker nog terug!! Bedankt Karien en Pieter!

Wir haben hier im Dezember einen Monat gewohnt. Das Haus isf sehr kknfortabel eingerichtet und die Aussicht ist wirklich fantastisch. Man schaut einfach immer wieder hin. Karien ist immer erreichbar und beantwortet alle Fragen sehr Schnell. Sie ist auch sehr klar darüber , was wir wrwarten können und denkt mit uns über mögliche Lösungen nach. Wir hatten zum Beispiel eine Fehler gemacht im Datum und konnten ohne Probleme einen Tag länger bleiben.
Yannick, der Schlüsselverwalter , ist evenfalls sehr aufmerksam und immer bereit, bei Problemen zu helfen. Wir hatten wirklich eine sehr schöne Zeit hier in dieser sehr schönen Gegend und haben diese schöne Region und natürlich den Sonnenschein genossen !
