Beautiful, renovated holiday home in rural surroundings on a private property of approx. 1,300 sqm with a particularly large private pool. Covered parking is available on the property with access gate. The pool measures 11 x 4 metres and is equipped with a Roman staircase and an access ladder. On the spacious sun terrace with sea view you will find deckchairs and a suite as well as an outdoor shower room with WC at the grill house. Next to it is a covered seat. The entire area invites you to sunbathe and enjoy the view. The barbecue house with outside sink is available for cosy barbecue evenings.
The house, newly renovated in 2011, is comfortably furnished and has a glazed, furnished veranda with beautiful sea views, living/dining room with SAT-TV, fireplace and safe. An Internet connection via WLAN is available.
Kitchen-cum-living-room, equipped with a stove and oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, double sink, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Another dining group is located on the terrace with large panoramic windows and exit to the pool terrace. In a small utility room next door there is a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
One of the three bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, the other two are each equipped with two single beds. In the bathroom with shower and toilet and another bathroom with bathtub and toilet are available.
After Calpe with its big sandy beaches and to the next golf course it is approx. 4 km. Moraira can also be reached in a few minutes by car.
The bay of Fustera with its beautiful promenade and beach bar is only 1,500 metres away. The promenade of the bay changes on both sides into well laid out footpaths, where you can enjoy wonderful impressions of the coastal region, from the Penon de Ifach in Calpe to the Cumbre del Sol near Moraira. The supermarket and restaurants are also about 1,500 meters away.

It is an ideal holiday home.
We have been booking the villa for several years now and it is always a pleasure to come back. It is near the beach and supermarket. Beautiful view, spacious terrace on a level plot. It is an ideal holiday home.
