We rent a small, bright and cosy end-terrace house with a wood-burning stove.
It is 65sqm, modern and cosy furnished.
The holiday property is designed for one to four persons.
Two separate bedrooms, a shower room, living room with dining area and integrated kitchen, a guest toilet invite you to stay comfortably.
Additional beds and a child's travel cot can be booked free of charge if required.

Enjoy the Harz Mountains with heart and visit us. The small, cosy mountain village of Hohegeiß, a popular skiing and hiking area, is only 10 km from Braunlage. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity of nature on 120 sqm with a view of the spa gardens. This, together with numerous hiking trails and toboggan runs, is right outside the door.

The nearby Wurmberg with its adventure world, is also real fun for the whole family.
For a quick bite to eat, we recommend the local Grenz snack bar, which is within easy walking distance. The food is rich and delicious.

The house has a terrace and a small, secluded, fenced garden. A garden lounger invites you to sunbathe. Free parking is available directly at the house.
The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. Dogs are very welcome. Bowls are available. Shopping facilities are available on site (see the guest folder in the house for details of where)
The holiday house is located at the Kurpark. However, we would like to point out that in winter, despite snow clearance services, large amounts of snow may cause obstructions. If there is fresh snow, you may have to push your own car from the house to the car on the property (if we are not on site).

Super liebevolles Ferienhaus
Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub im Harz verbracht. Das Haus ist so putzig und liebevoll gestaltet. Im ganzen Haus merkt man, dass die Besitzer es mit Liebe gestaltet haben. Das Haus ist zwar nicht mehr das jüngste (z.B. im Untergeschoss Holzfenster), aber das hat uns nicht gestört, denn Deko o. Küche o. Möbel sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir haben das Wäschepaket mit gebucht, einfach toll, man reist an und die Betten sind frisch überzogen, Handtücher bereit gelegt und der Hund hat auch ein extra Pfotentuch bekommen. Was will man mehr!! Gerne wieder - können wir nur sagen

Wir durften bei der Familie Ballin zu "Gast" sein. Vom ersten Tag an fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Alles - und viel mehr als ein Ferienhausvermieter tun muss wurde erfüllt.
Familie Ballin ist mehr als hilfsbereit, aufgeschlossen und sehr liebenswürdig.
Unglaublich schön, war der kleine, hübsch geschmückte Tannenbaum und die Weihnatsdeko die uns beim Betreten des Hauses begrüßt hat. Eine leckere Flasche Sekt im Kühlschrank und Naschi für die Kids erfreuten uns sehr. Toll war auch, dass direkt für ein nettes Feuerchen im Kamin, Holz und Anzünder bereit lagen. Für die Kinder stand sogar ein Schlitten parat.
Ein echter Service den wir sehr genossen haben - und so in der Form noch nicht erlebt haben. Großartig!
Das Haus ist sehr dekorativ und liebevoll eingerichtet. Kurz um - das Haus ist klein - aber fein, sauber und völlig ausreichend für einen schönen Urlaub.
Natürlich kann man immer etwas finden was man selbst anders gestalten würde, vielleicht modernisieren würde, dass ist aber nicht der Sinn einer Anmietung eines Ferienhauses aus unserer Sicht.
Unsere Verbesserungsvorschläge sind:
Stärkerer WLAN und TV-Empfang. Und wenn das ALLES ist was man kritisiert, dann muss vieles richtig gut sein ;-)
Das Haus liegt direkt an einem schönen Kulturpark - und nur drei bis vier Minuten Fußmarsch vom großen Naturschutzgebiet Harz entfernt. Endloses Wandern - Spazieren - Joggen, Biken und wenn Schnee liegt Ski und Langlauf direkt vor der Tür. Skilift und Loipen in kurzer Entfernung zum Haus. Wohlfühlfaktor für Mensch und Tier riesen groß.
Wir würden gerne wieder kommen dürfen. Es war sehr schön!

in 2000, 4 half-timbered houses were built in Hohegeiß. These are now in the second generation. We live in the Lüneburg Heath, but our heart belongs to the Harz. We have 2 dogs ourselves and therefore welcome every dog in our houses.
