We have now been to this great holiday home for the second time. And we have already booked it for next year. We love it there so much. The house is at the end of the settlement, so you feel like you are alone in the garden. Our dog loves it :) The house has everything you need to feel comfortable right away, and Mr. Vogt and Angelique from the property management are very friendly and take care of everything. We had a very nice stay in this holiday home and enjoyed our time there very much. The accommodation is well-equipped, cozy, and provides a nice basis for a relaxing vacation. The pool area was also very nice and clean. The location is great and the surroundings invite relaxation. Especially practical was the very good equipment of the kitchen, where nothing was missing.
The communication with the hosts was friendly and uncomplicated. A few small things could still be improved from our perspective: Regarding cleanliness, there was still room for improvement in some areas – for example, some dog hairs were found on the sofa and under the bed. The outdoor area could also appear more inviting with a bit more care. The entrance was somewhat difficult to recognize due to the dense vegetation.
The bathroom could be made a bit more comfortable with a fixed shower wall instead of a curtain. The seating area mentioned in the garden unfortunately could not be used.
Despite these small points, we felt very comfortable and would generally recommend the holiday home. With a few small improvements, it would have been a perfect stay for us.

We had a wonderful stay in this well-maintained holiday home. It is located in a very quiet marina and is the ideal place to relax.
The house & the amenities:
Highlights: Two great terraces (front with a view of the sailboats, back with a well-kept garden, outdoor sofa, and private bathing dock with a ladder).
Comfort: As a "back patient" at 1.93 m, I slept excellently in the beds. Plenty of closet space and a large bathroom complete the feel-good package. A well-maintained sauna and a Weber grill (both unused by us) are also available.
For hobby cooks: The kitchen is above average well-equipped (sharp knives, many pots, modern oven).
Location & surroundings:
The town can be reached in 3–4 minutes by car (large Deka supermarket, few restaurants mostly open Wed–Sun). In the marina itself, there is a restaurant (Fri–Sun from 6 PM).
Tip: Delicious kibbelinge can be found at Vis van Hafenzicht at the harbor (nice walk with the dog, approx. 2.8 km) and surprisingly also at the Avia gas station. Charging is actually fun.
E-mobility: Perfect! Sufficient 11 kW stations directly at the marina (usable with BMW/EnBW) and a 120 kW fast charger at the Avia gas station (3 min. away).
Excursions (approx. 30 min. drive):
Highly recommended are the historic town of Hoorn for shopping and indulging, as well as the wide sandy beach in Callantsoog (very dog-friendly, several beach pavilions/My favorite: Woest). Conclusion: Absolute recommendation for everyone who values peace and comfort. We will gladly return!
