Our holiday home 'De Flierefluiter' is a terraced bungalow. The bungalow is located in Park Duinland in St. Maartenszee and is suitable for 4-5 persons. It is only 900 meters from the North Sea beach and in the garden there is sun all day, but there is always a place in the shade. The Flierefluiter is for us as a family a place where we relax, have time for each other and 'flierefluiten' (Dutch for 'without worries go through life').
The house is comfortably furnished and fully equipped. We've worked with so many natural colors and materials, so that the arrangement of style and color radiates tranquility. The complete glass facade (main part of the house) on the garden side gives a beautiful view of the garden and blurs the border between inside and outside.
Every moment in De Flierefluiter, we enjoy the tranquility and space in and around the house and the natural look of the device. The large garden offers at any time of the day, a place to enjoy the sun. And if it's too cold to sit outside, it's wonderful that inside and outside are connected by the large glass facade. We then enjoy the many birds (titmice, woodpeckers, magpies, sparrows, etc.) and the dune hares that visit our garden looking for a snack. Nature is nearby!

Near 'De Flierefluiter' you will find the beautiful Pettener dunes. The varied vegetation of this beautiful dune landscape offers something special for everyone to discover. Whether you prefer the quiet seclusion of the dunes, or want to take a walk or a bike ride, the North Sea coast offers peace and fun. The beach of St. Maartenszee has two beach pavilions, north and south. On the beach, the children can play and you can enjoy the sun and the sea. Birdwatchers are well taken care of: in the dunes at least 80 species of birds nest in the nature reserve Zwanenwater, including a colony of spoonbills. Unique in this area are the dune lakes. Here you will find the largest dune lake in Europe. In the spring near St. Maartenszee turns into a colorful patchwork of blooming fields of flowers. The nearby Wildrijk nature reserve is littered with purple hyacinths during the same period of the year. The characteristic towns of Alkmaar and Schagen are also in the immediate vicinity. Here you can go shopping or enjoy a drink on a terrace. In short, an environment where everyone can enjoy their proper 'fliere flight' activity.

Cancellation terms:
- Annullierungen sollen schriftlich bestätigt werden. Im Falle einer Annullierung nach Rechnungsstellung wird der 150 €, = der Anzahlung berechnet. Falls Sie annullieren innerhalb von zwei Monaten vor Mietbeginn ist 50% der Miete fällig. Im Falle einer Annullierung innerhalb eines Monats vor Mietbeginn wird der gesamte Mietpreis berechnet. Wir empfehlen Sie eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung abzuschließen. Annullierungen in Verbindung mit Covid 19 durch den ausländischen Mieter Wenn die Reise aufgrund von Reisebeschränkungen im Heimatland oder in den Niederlanden (geschlossene Grenze oder obligatorische Quarantäne infolge der Reise) nicht durchgeführt werden kann, gelten die folgenden Stornierungsbedingungen: - Bis vier Wochen vor der Abreise kann der Mieter die Reise kostenlos annullieren oder auf ein späteres Datum bis zum nächsten Kalenderjahr verschieben (sofern verfügbar und gegen Zahlung eines eventuellen Aufpreises, wenn es sich um einen teureren Zeitraum handelt). - In den vier Wochen vor der Anreise kann der Mieter die Reise gegen die Zahlung der Anzahlung von 150 Euro annullieren oder kostenlos auf einen späteren Termin bis zum nächsten Kalenderjahr verschieben (sofern verfügbar und gegen Zahlung eines eventuellen Zuschlags, wenn der Zeitraum teurer ist). - In allen Fällen müssen die Reisebeschränkungen von Covid-19 zum Zeitpunkt der Annullierung auf den offiziellen Regierungsseiten des Heimatlandes und der Niederlande angegeben werden. Die Beweislast hierfür liegt beim Vermieter. - Der Antrag auf Annullierung muss per E-Mail an den Vermieter geschickt werden. - In allen anderen Fällen gelten die regulären Annullierungsbedingungen.

Very nice family holiday
We spent a very nice family holiday in holiday home De Flierefluiter. The accommodation is very well furnished. Many thanks to the owners, the van Tilburg family, for the excellent communication beforehand. We will gladly come again!

Hier stimmt einfach alles!
Der Bungalow ist sehr gepflegt, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Supermooi huisje van alle gemakken voorzien
Erg leuk huisje om je vakantie in door te brengen. Functioneel en praktisch ingericht, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Heel mooi met de glazen wanden, fijne keuken, ruime badkamer. Leuk ingericht met grappige details, zoals het sleutelkastje. Genoeg haken om spullen aan op te hangen, ruime koelkast met vriesvak, kastruimte genoeg en, heel fijn, horren voor de slaapkamerramen! Bovendien veel privacy in de mooie groene tuin, lekker zittend tuinmeubilair en een picknickbank om buiten hapje te eten. Ook hebben we 2x gebarbecued. In de schuur is alles aanwezig voor het buitenleven. 's Avonds genoten we van de konijntjes, die op bezoek kwamen in de tuin. Heerlijk rustig park, nog geen 7 minuten fietsen naar het strand. Mooie dorpjes in de buurt. Aanrader: bezoek de oude stad in Alkmaar, varen in Broek op Langedijk, winkelen in Callantsoog of Schoorl, wandelen in natuurgebied Zwanenwater of in de bossen bij Schoorl. Genieten van de zonsondergang bij het strand. Of gewoon fietsen door al die mooie dorpjes met bruggen en molens. Noord-Holland, pracht provincie! En een betere start iedere ochtend konden wij ons niet wensen vanuit De Flierefluiter.

Flierefluiter wat was je weer leuk?
Voor de tweede keer in de flierefluiter geweest. En het was wederom weer fantastisch. We voelden ons er meteen weer thuis. Huisje zag er nog net zo mooi uit als 2 jaar geleden. Alles wat je maar kan wensen is in dit huis aanwezig. Een fantastische sfeer. Goede keuken en badkamer met toebehoren. Een wasje draaien in de machine en een goede maaltijd in elkaar draaien is zo gedaan hier.
Alles is aanwezig.
Mooie tuin met groot terras. Fijne strandspullen zoals de bolderkar die onze dochter van 2 geweldig vond.
En desondanks dat het weer minder was als de vorige keer hebben wij ons prima vermaakt. Het huis is erg licht dus met donkere dagen is het ook heerlijk vertoeven. En met een kind is een indoor speeltuin in de hoek. Een dagje met de stoomtram van Hoorn naar Medemblik is ook een aanrader.
En vakantie plaats Callantsoog geeft je zoiezo een vakantie gevoel. Zee, lekker eten en shoppen.
We hebben weer heerlijke vakantie gehad in de flierefluiter!!
We komen zeker weer terug om te flierefluiten. ?

Smaakvol met zorg ingericht, licht, ruime tuin met privacy, luxe terras, volledige moderne keuken en badkamer, wasmachine en zelfs in de schuur nog allerlei extra's.
Top verzorgd, goed schoon. Aanbevolen!

Héérlijk!!!
Wat een fijn huis was jij Flierefluiter. Rust, warmte, licht en een huislijk gevoel gaf jij ons. Elke keer bij 'thuiskomst' voelde je als een warme deken. Super uitgeruste keuken waar je lekker kan koken, alles is aanwezig! Goede ruime badkamer, mooie slaapkamers met goede bedden. Rust op het park en het strand dichtbij. Je steekt even de weg over, loopt door het duinlandschap zo naar de zee. Echt een heerlijk verblijf waar we zeker nog eens terugkomen.

Geschmackvolles Häuschen mit top Ausstattung
Sehr stilvolles und durchdachtes Ferienhaus mit allem, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht.
Alles gut gepflegt, sehr sauber, schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation.
Der Bungalow liegt in einem Ferienpark, in dem man außerdem einen Tennis- und Badmintonplatz sowie eine Tischtennisplatte nutzen kann. Dünen und Strand sind traumhaft zum Joggen...

Wir waren wieder da.
Wir haben erneut Urlaub im Flierefluiter gemacht und uns erneut sehr wohl gefühlt. Wit haben nichts vermisst und der Bungalow war für uns eine Wohlfühloase. Die Vermieter haben den Terassenbereich erneuert. Es ist she schön geworden. Wir werden 2021 wiederkommen.

Traumurlaub in wunderbarer Unterkunft
Wir haben in 2019 einen unserer besten / erholsamsten Urlaube in De Flierefluiter verbracht. Das Haus liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr funktionell ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Erholungseffekt hat bereits mit Betreten des Ferienhauses begonnen. Die Buchung hat reibungslos geklappt und die Informationen / Antworten des Vermieters haben wir in kurzer Zeit erhalten. Das war mit 100%iger Sicherheit nicht unser letzer Aufenthalt in De Flierefluiter - wir kommen sicher bald wieder. Wir waren mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Söhnen im Urlaub.

Fantastisch!
Wat een heerlijk licht huis! Met een mooie tuin. Alles wat je hartje maar kan wensen voor een vakantiehuis is aanwezig!
Je kan koken, een wasje draaien, genieten van het mooie terras, en er was zelfs al koffie aanwezig! Haha.
Heerlijk die zeelucht! Je hoofd leegmaken, genieten van de konijnen in de tuin en de relaxte sfeer in het huis. Kortom je vergeet echt alles even als je in de flierefluiter bent! Heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Recreation par excellence
Very tastefully and thoughtfully furnished. The property is secluded, in summer the sun shines until 21.30. 10 minutes by bike to the beautiful sandy beach, 10 minutes by car to Callantsoog, approx. 40 minutes to Alkmaar...
We spent two wonderful weeks in this bungalow and will definitely come again...

Through the busy weeks in which we see each other as a family sometimes a little, we want to enjoy the weekend of peace, space and time for each other. As a couple we have built, renovated and furnished three houses over the years. In 2013, we were ready for a new challenge. We have been looking for our perfect place for a long time. This was a bungalow in St. Maartenszee, which we called 'De Flierefluiter'. A dark, outdated 70s bungalow, we have transformed in half a year in a bright and comfortable house where we find peace and space as a family in the weekends. We live in the Veluwe in a beautiful forest area. The beach was always a place for us to really relax. The beauty of the environment, the colorful flower meadows in spring and the cozy 'Noordhollandse' villages
