Description
We took over the holiday home from our predecessor in December 2019 and successively renovated and modernised it from May 2020. Since we also live in the house ourselves in between, we have furnished it so that you feel at home from the first moment on. Of course, we hope that you, our guests, will feel just as comfortable and leave the stress of everyday life behind you
The detached house and the 210 m² large property is surrounded by a 130 cm high stable fence
An open kitchen is integrated in the living/dining area. From the gas stove, mini oven, toaster, sandwich maker, water bubbler and coffee machine, up to the dishes, pots, pans and tea egg, everything is available so that you can conjure a great meal for yourself and your loved ones
The living/dining room has all the comforts to ensure that even on a rainy day there is no room for boredom. A comfortable couch (which can also be used as a sofa bed), satellite TV with German programmes & Blue Ray Player, board games for young and old, colouring books for the little ones and our in-house infotainment lighthouse with weather forecasts, radio player (with over 90000 radio stations from all over the world), event calendar for North Holland and control panel for the air conditioning are all available.
The two bedrooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with 2 beds measuring 180x200 cm and 90x200 cm and wardrobe/chests of drawers. The smaller bed in the children's/youth room can be extended to 140x200 cm, creating a full-size double bed
Shower and toilet are separate and each separately accessible
The terrace area has an el. awning, parasol, charcoal grill and of course garden furniture and garden loungers. Accordingly, nothing stands in the way of a cosy barbecue evening under a starry sky.
The park is open and spacious, so that the neighbour cannot look at your plate. There are several playgrounds, table tennis and volleyball/badminton fields on the park grounds. Table tennis rackets/balls, badminton and softball bats as well as various outdoor games are of course available in the house and can be used by you
Dogs are with us, because we are dog owners ourselves, welcome, food and drinking bowls, dog toys and 2 dog beds are available in the house.
In the immediate vicinity there is a climbing/adventure park as well as a tropical swimming pool, restaurant and shopping facilities. Everything can be reached within a few minutes on foot

The holiday home is situated in a quiet location by the tulip fields of Sint Maartenszee/Sint Maartensvlotbrug (Belkmerweg) and is an ideal starting point for walks, bicycle/mountain bike tours

Within a short time you are on the feeder road (N9) towards Alkmaar or Den Helder.

It's like coming home.
We were there for the first time and immediately thrilled. Everything was to our satisfaction. We have already booked again for May. Many thanks to the landlords, for providing us with such a beautiful and peaceful place. We will definitely come back.

Relaxation sought, relaxation found.
We deliberately looked for a quiet house and found one here. Both my husband and I, as well as our Maltese, immediately felt comfortable.
The landlords have thought of both humans and animals. They provide beds, bowls, toys for the dogs, as well as everything for a first tea/coffee for the humans. We really liked the fair use principle of the landlords.
If you are looking for a quiet, spacious park where you can relax on the terrace, this is the right place.
From the time of booking until check-out, we felt well taken care of and comfortable, and we will gladly come back.

Ein Ferienhaus mit Wohlfühlfaktor
Wir haben uns in dem nett und gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Herr Klose hat uns bei der Anreise persönlich in Empfang genommen und sämtliche Details erklärt. Vielen Dank für das nette Willkommensgeschenk und die Zurverfügungstellung der Bonuskarten für die Supermärkte. Dadurch konnten wir doch den einen oder anderen Euro sparen, denn die Preise in den Niederlanden sind doch erstaunlich hoch für die täglichen Dinge des Lebens.
Das Haus ist mit allen wichtigen und notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet. Ein schönes Geschirr und ansehnliches Besteck vermittelt einem das Gefühl, sich fast wie zuhause zu fühlen (da haben wir schon andere Erfahrungen gemacht mit Sammelsurium-Geschirr, abgenutztem Besteck, veralteten Töpfen und Pfannen etc.).
Auf der Terrasse kann man es sich mit den vorhandenen Möbeln gemütlich machen und wer Schatten möchte, fährt entweder die elektrische Markise aus oder stellt den großen Sonnenschirm auf.
Es gibt viele schöne Spiele und Freizeitgeräte für die Kinder, die sicherlich auch den Erwachsenen Spaß machen. Für uns war das nicht so wichtig, da wir ohne Anhang gereist sind.
Wenn dann noch der geplante Um- bzw. Anbau mit einem tollen Badezimmer und größerem Schlafzimmer erfolgt ist, wird man sich noch wohler fühlen als jetzt.

Wir hatten tolle erholsame Tage in diesem Ferienhaus.
es ist sehrschön ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Lage.
Der Weg zum Strand ist mit dem Fahhrrad in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es tolle ausflugsmöglichen für jedes Alter.

tolles Ferienhaus
Wir waren zu zweit im Juli 2021 mit einem kleinen Hund im Ferienhaus Duinloper in Sint Maartenszee. Wir sind vom Besitzer freundlich empfangen worden und uns wurde alles gezeigt (Vielen Dank von uns Dreien für den lieben Willkommenskorb :-) . Das Haus liegt am vorderen Rand des Parks Eb en Vloed und ist komplett umzäunt was von Vorteil für Hund und Kind ist, dass man nicht ständig ein Auge darauf haben muss. Der grösste Teil des Hauses wurde renoviert und neu ausgestattet. Bad und Toilette wurden aufgefrischt sind aber ansonten noch im ursprünglichen Zustand (soll aber auch noch renoviert werden). Im Innen sowie auch Aussenbereich ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt u. es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Für zwei bis drei Erwachsene bzw. 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder plus ein Hund ist der Platz perfekt. Wir sind für den Spaziergang am Strand immer bis zum Kreisel gefahren haben dort geparkt. Von dort kann man einen herrlichen Spaziergang durch das Naturschutzgebiet/ Dünenlandschaft machen (Hunde bitte an die Leine) um zum Strand zu gelangen (ist schöner wie der gerade Weg durch). Die angrezenden Strandabschnitte sind auch sehr schön. Eine Klimaanlage, Grill und 2 Fahrräder MTB´s Erwachsene und Kinderfahrrad sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Rundum zufrieden
Wir waren von der Buchung bis zur Abreise rundum zufrieden. Preis/Leistung stimmt, das Haus ist hübsch eingerichtet und uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit, geben Tipps und haben uns mit allen Informationen versorgt, die wir dringend benötigten,als während unserem Urlaub die Reisewarnung ausgesprochen wurde.
Vielen lieben Dank für 2 wunderschöne und erholame Wochen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub
Wir waren 2 Wochen in den Sommerferien mit unserer Tochter und unserem Labrador im Haus der Familie Klose und waren sehr zufrieden.
Von der persönlichen (Coronakonformen) herzlichen Begrüßung + kleiner Überraschung für uns, über die Ausstattung bis hin zur Sauberkeit des Hauses, waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen nächstes Jahr definitiv wieder.
Das Bad ist relativ klein gehalten, welches gerne größer sein dürfte. Reicht aber für die tägliche Hygiene vollkommen aus.
Das der Garten komplett mit einem hohen Zaun umzäunt ist, war für uns und unseren Ausbrecherkönig einer der ausschlaggebenden Punkte. Es waren für uns die vielen kleinen positiven Punkte im Haus, an die gedacht wurden, die uns den Urlaub nochmals verschönt haben. Ob Fahrrad, Tischtennisschläger, Gesellschaftsspiele oder Malbücher, an alles wurde gedacht. Auch war schön zu sehen, dass unser Hund wirklich willkommen war und sogar noch ein Hundespielzeug für ihn bereit lag.
Was die Lage angeht, muss man sich eben bewusst sein, dass es ein kleiner Spaziergang bis zum Strand ist. Wir haben dafür immer die vorhandenen Fahrräder genutzt oder sind aber mit dem Auto bis zu den Dünen gefahren.
Unser Highlight war, dass für uns Frau und Herr Klose immer ansprechbar waren und uns mit tollen Ausflugstipps/Einkaufsempfehlungen versorgten.
Vielen Dank für so viele positive Eindrücke.
