Detached large top beach Mediterranean style house with swimming pool (90 and 125m² of living space) and offenm conservatory. Terracotta tiles, pine furniture, fireplace. Large bright rooms flooded with light in a fresh Mediterranean wall colors. Panoramic window over the entire width of the house --Blickrichtung lake and garden. 6 beds (and a cot), 3 bedrooms, 2 WC, shower and bathtub. With complete Alnoküche (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher) washing machine, huge garden with south facing terrace and brick barbecue. Perfectly quiet and right on the lake behind the dunes of Sint Maarten --Traumsandstrand--. Terrace with brick barbecue, bicycles (also with child seat) for adults and children. Great big playground, children's bikes, bobby car, cable TV, video, DVD, Blu Ray, espresso machine, toaster, waffle iron ... to really everything is thought. Wlananschluss, very good supermarket in nearby Schagen (Aldi Lidl great quaint historic downtown with all the shops)
And it is fast on the kilometer long sandy beach Top An ideal family holiday for all ages. Here, everyone gets their money !!!! German cable TV flat screen, Blu Ray, DVD, private carport next to the house

The house is situated behind the dunes of Sint Maarten right on a small lake in the middle of tulip fields near the mile-long dream of sandy beach. Absolutely quiet but central location with excellent shopping facilities in the immediate environment (Schagen, Alkmaar, Den Helder)

| Tourist tax and all utilities are included in the price. You will receive a written contract with a detailed description of the services and maps (exact location of the house!) As well as pictures as an attachment to the contract. So you see exactly what you have rented. You will be registered for the tourist tax and the key will be brought to the house by the manager and picked up again. You have no running on site ..... only go and take a vacation !!! |

They receive in the event of booking a detailed written contract with accurate performance paraphrase backed with adequate imagery. Specifically Directions plus maps of North Holland and Sint Maarten, and a be on site from my manager in charge of the team when needed in case of problems on your side the week comes a gardener keeps the garden in top shape.

Perfect vacation
The booking was already very fast and easy and the telephone contact with the landlord very friendly. On site, we were welcomed by the also very friendly manager. The holiday home is simply beautiful, very clean and decorated with loving details. (You can't take the negative review below seriously). You really have everything you need. Our house was right by the lake, the garden was completely fenced, densely overgrown and also very well maintained. Perfect for dogs and children. The bungalow park itself was much smaller than we thought, so you have incredibly peace and quiet here. It's nice that you can also use the communal pool here, which was also rather quiet and never overcrowded. The nearest beach is quickly reached. Here you can enjoy a walk through the beautiful dunes to the beach, where it was also very quiet. If you don't want to walk, you can also take a kind of bell train through the dunes for 1€ (even though the way is really not far). The other beaches in the area are also quickly reached and very spacious. In Camperduin (about 20 minutes by car) there is even a large play ship for the children right on the beach. On departure, we informed the manager that unfortunately a glass had broken and nevertheless we received the full deposit back - so always be honest ;-) All in all, it is the perfect vacation, both for relaxation and for entertaining dogs and children. We can highly recommend the Korell family's holiday homes and would love to come back :) Greetings from Bottrop.

Wonderful!
If you don't feel comfortable in this lovingly furnished house (No.11), it's your own fault! All the information on the website corresponds absolutely to reality. From the interior to nearby interesting excursion destinations and the beautiful beaches. In the nearby town of Schagen, you can find everything your heart and appetite desires, from the bakery, fishmonger, butcher, shopping mall, supermarkets to quaint cafes, pubs, and restaurants. We would have liked to use the beautiful, open winter garden more often, but unfortunately, the "weather gods" didn't cooperate in February. We can recommend this domicile without hesitation in every respect and would love to come back! Also worth mentioning is the friendly, uncomplicated communication and booking with the landlord. Relaxing holiday in Holland
We stayed in this really cosy and clean beach house in October and it was absolutely great. We have often rented houses but this house absolutely outshines anything we have ever stayed in before. Great big garden...the conservatory is worth its weight in gold. We have enjoyed every day in this house. Great quality furnishings ...everything available. Bikes were also fine...only one bike we had to pump more often. Pool in good condition. Absolutely quiet in the middle of the greenery, direct view of the water...just great. The beach is great. Like a piece of Italy in the middle of Northern Europe...palm trees in the garden and the furnishings like in the south....

Tailor-made holidays
Great accommodation, easily accessible from Germany. Holiday resort in a quiet location. Quickly reach the beach (15 min.) Alkmaar and Den Helder are easily accessible. Playground nearby, and a delight for anglers. The house has everything you need. Self-catering paradise. The house is clean and with a pool and grill, everything is available that the holiday heart desires. I can highly recommend it.

After our daughter (5 months old) received an antibiotic the day before the arrival, which she did not tolerate because she only vomited, we had to go to the pediatric emergency department with her on Saturday morning and it was uncertain whether we could travel. We informed the landlord directly about this and asked if we could arrive on Sunday instead because he was already starting to say that there is no refund! So far so good, we decided to drive on Sunday, after discussions and some phone calls (abroad) and we were already told what would happen now because he still had other people who would arrive for our period, but there is no refund for us (because an infant chooses something like this or one can plan for such things), we were still allowed to arrive on Sunday, although it was allegedly not possible, as it was said that only Saturday arrival and departure were possible, but the local contact immediately denied this and said that it was nonsense. So far so good. The reception on site by the contact person was friendly. Unfortunately, there was no bathtub as advertised and promised on the phone! This was the main reason for renting the house with regard to the children (one of them a baby), and it was not present! Ants in the kitchen, countertop, hallway, bathroom, and living area! Mold in the bathroom! (Photos taken). Curtains in the living room smeared with chocolate or something similar! It was nice and quiet, but unfortunately, you always need a car to do something or go somewhere!
Our experience: Once and never again!

Ich kann mir gut vorstellen dass ein krankes Kind erheblichen Stress verusacht und ihr Urteilsvemögen und die Laune entsprechend beeinflusst hat. Dennoch bitte ich um eine realistische Beurteilung. Sie hätten bei der Übergabe oder in den Tagen danach einfach den direkt vor Ort wohnhaft Verwalter ansprechen / anrufen können die vermeintlichen Mängel wären sofort beseitigt worden. Das Haus liegt an einem Naturschutzgebiet natürlich gibt es dort wie überall auf der Welt auch Ameisen. ...aber nicht in dem von ihnen geschilderten Ausmas. Lassen Sie einfach keine offenen zum Teil angebissenen Lebensmittel überall herumliegen. Dass Haus sah nach Ihrer Abreise auch entsprechende aus.
Die große Plastikkinderbadewanne befindet sich im Kämmerchen neben der Küche ...genau wie das Ameisenpulver. Einfach mal die Infobroschüre im Wohnzimmerschrank lesen.
Gott sei Dank habe ich sehr selten Gäste dieses Kalibers. Erst wird die Kamera--noch vor dem Koffer-- ausgepackt um Mängel zu fotografieren ( Amseisen..lach..) . statt den Verwalter diese Mängel beseitigen zu lassen. Genau deshalb machen wir die Übergabe vor Ort. Der Gast nimmt das Haus ab ..wenn Mängel sind werden Sie sofort durch das Reingungungsteam beseitigt. Kommt allerdings selten vor. Das Reinigungsteam ist wirklich Spitze !!
Aber es geht diesen Leuten ja gar nicht darum die Mängel beseitigen zu lassen ( oft eine Sache von wenigen Minuten)sondern nur darum mit entsprechenden Drohungen vor schlechten Bewertungen Erstattungsbeträge vom Vermieter zu erpressen. So auch in diesem Fall.
Also Vermieter aufgepasst wenn Euch dieser Name mal unter die Nase kommt.
Im übrigen der einzige Gast in 15 Jahren der sich in dieser unverschämten Weise geäußert hat ...dass solte jedem zu Denken geben.
